We have bought flooring from yourselves numerous times,your staff are normally helpful .
However,
We were at your llansamlett branch on Saturday, 3rd October and unfortunately ,didn't have the same experience.
Staff member was sitting on his mobile and continued to do so as we were speaking to him .
Was not helpful . We did purchase flooring that my husband carried out himself as there was no offer of help or a trolly from staff.

Wow, exceptional service from the moment we walked into the door. Kirsty greeted us and was very welcoming, she asked us what we were looking for in detail and showed us the extensive range we could chooe from. Kirsry took the flooring we liked out and placed on floor so we could get a visual of what it would look like. Purchased flooring and came away very happy. Fantastic service, staff, and shop!

Wrong floor delivered
I’ve had the worst after sales experience of any company..EVER!
Unfortunately I will have to contact trading standards as I have been given the wrong floor and absolutely no chance it appears of receiving any help or in fact just obtaining the correct floor.
I don’t recommend this company at all..
they have my money and I have a bare concrete floor.
Update: 10.10.26
The situation continues, promised phone call not received and I’m no further forward. This flooring was bought in July, it’s now October and I live on concrete floors with a 2 year old toddler covered in concrete dust.
No wonder the owner of this company had no staff at the Swansea store if this is how he thinks a professional business behaves

Non arrival of order
Placed order for flooring, was told it was in stock. Paid for 8 boxes. Expected delivery to store was 1st October as confirmed on my receipt. On 2nd October chased Basildon Store only to be told that it would be at least another week. If I’d been told that it would have taken this long I’d have gone elsewhere. First and last time of using this company.

We normally work on a 7–10 working day lead time for ordered stock to arrive with us. However, there can occasionally be delays with our suppliers depending on their stock availability and their own delivery lead times. Went in this morning for an LVT floor for a bathroom and Kitchen and Ash was very polite and helpful. He showed me all the samples and helped me decide on the final choice. Very happy with his service and would reccomend to others . Thanks Ash.

I bought floor panels and matching finishing trims. I received the panels straight away, but I was told to wait 2 weeks for the trims. I informed the seller that I was going on holiday and would collect them right after my return.
When I returned and went to collect my order, I was told that they had sent me an email (while I was on holiday and had no access to emails) saying the trims I ordered and paid for were out of stock and I could either cancel or wait another few weeks.
I went there on Monday after my holiday and they told me I have to wait another 3 weeks. When I asked for a refund, *they refused to refund my money.*
Because I couldn't wait another 3 weeks and didn't want to lose my money, I was desperate and forced to take completely different trims that I didn't want.
But that's not the end. The trims they gave me were *cracked/damaged and one box was a completely different colour.*
Because the fitter who was supposed to install them broke his leg, the installation was delayed. Only then, when the boxes were opened, we discovered the damage.
And what is left? *Stress and unfinished floors because I have no money to buy new ones.*
I will advise everyone against buying in this shop. Terrible customer service, no respect for the

When ordering products from our suppliers, we are reliant on them for lead times, stock availability and delivery schedules. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control. When we receive updates that affect an order, we aim to inform customers as soon as possible, and in this instance, an email was sent to advise you of the delay and the options available.
Regarding the fitter’s injury. We appreciate how inconvenient this must have been, although unfortunately, this was also a circumstance completely outside of our control.
Regarding the damaged and incorrect trims, we would certainly welcome the opportunity to look into this for you. Please email us at sales@floorgiants.co.uk with photographs clearly showing the damaged items and the product supplied in the incorrect colour. Once received, we can investigate this further and establish the appropriate next steps to resolve the issue.
