I cannot recommend Flood Emergency Services (FES) highly enough. When my elderly mother’s apartment flooded early one Saturday morning, they arrived within the hour. They actually arrived at my mother’s place before I did, and immediately brought the situation under control.
From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They clearly explained what was happening, returned as promised to monitor the property, and kept me fully updated throughout the entire two-week process. Their communication was excellent, their response was incredibly fast, and they were very patient while I waited to hear whether my insurer would cover the invoice.
My mother and I were extremely grateful and genuinely impressed with their professionalism, care and exceptional service.

On a Saturday morning, my 93-year-old mother’s apartment flooded. Given her limited mobility, we needed help fast—and within an hour of calling, Flood Emergency Services arrived on-site and immediately began drying the floors and apartment. They were extremely fast, efficient, and thorough.
They even followed up with two prompt visitations to monitor the drying progress, always arriving right on time.
When it came to billing, payment was due within 7 days, but our process was delayed while working through Strata and insurance. When I called to explain our situation, they were incredibly understanding and told us not to worry, asking only that we let them know once everything was sorted.
A truly professional company with a real human touch. Highly recommended!

I had a really positive experience with FES during a very stressful time following water ingress in my strata apartment.

Their team acted quickly to attend site and set up the necessary drying equipment, which gave me immediate peace of mind that the situation was being managed properly. From there, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional throughout the entire make-safe process.

What I appreciated most was how smoothly they managed everything through to completion, including ensuring the invoice was processed and reimbursed by the insurer without any added stress on my end.

Overall, a reliable and efficient team who made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Highly recommend.

After a water leak as a consequence of a broken washing machine hose that put water on a section of our floating floor and on a small section of carpet in the master and second bedroom. I contacted FES and after checking reviews asked them to attend. They place 6 blowers on top of the carpet and floating floor never lifted either. 4 days later they returned and started ripping up our floating floor, without getting permission, I questioned them and asked if the floor would be replaced which they said it would and kept ripping up floating floor boards. After questioning again they admitted they wouldn’t be replacing the floor. I heated discussion later and they left blowers in three rooms again on top of the carpet and on the slab. They removed them three days later without ever lifting the carpet to dry the underlay or the slab under the carpet. They then invoiced the body corporate (BC) insurance over $2000 and our insurance company over $6500. When the BC declined the invoice they offered a good discount if we provided a positive review which I refused. This is possibly how they have positive reviews.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

We found Flood Emergency Service very helpful and professional. All the staff, including the technician, customer service, and accounts receivable were understanding and very polite throughout the whole process.

FES were outstanding in handling our case from start to finish. Despite it being 7pm on a public holiday weekend, they were out to help promptly and made a pretty stressful situation at the time a lot more manageable. The fact they were out so promptly actually prevented us from incurring further damages.
