They cut my floorboards instead of removing the floorboards all the way to the next join. Floorboard company no longer make that floorboard anymore, so now I have to use a different type of floorboard, which is visibly different.

they cut holes in my kickboards where water did not enter (if cutting holes in kick board which will have to be replaced now, why not just remove them entirely to ensure efficiency).

They put dehumidifiers in the hall way and room, but did not lift the carpet, even though the carpet was saturated.

My insurance person that came and looked at the damage a few days later told me immediately to tell them to remove their products and get out of my house. He has also found that they have had problems with them in their system before.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service and support I received from FES after a severe water leak at my property.

They came in to carry out the drying process using fans and dehumidifiers, and throughout the job the team were professional, helpful and easy to deal with.

Unfortunately, during the process I discovered that my insurance policy had lapsed and I was going to have to cover the entire cost myself. It was obviously a pretty stressful situation to find myself in unexpectedly, and this is where FES really stood out.

Once they became aware of the situation, they genuinely worked with me to reduce the financial burden. They capped the amount of time I was being charged for and applied a substantial reduction to the overall cost. They were under no obligation to do that, and the consideration and flexibility they showed made a very difficult situation considerably easier to deal with.

The quality of the service itself was excellent, but what impressed me most was the way they treated me as a person rather than simply another invoice. It's easy to recommend a company when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about a business from how they respond when circumstances become difficult.

Complete rip off. A Unit above had a leak. which seaped into our unit along on wall. The were called to come and lift and dry the carprt. They came the next day, did not lift the carpet, they sent and invoice over $12,000 which the whole unit could have been re-carpeted for. Left machines on site for a week which was not necessary. No technical work undertaken. Can only guess that they think it will be covered by insurance and I guess that they may subcontract. Otherwise they are not trustworth. They didn't provide any timely updates. Have requested a revised invoice.

FES were extremely prompt, responsive, professional and friendly to deal with from our initial enquiry right through until the completion of their services. Got the job done and would use again.

Flood Emergency Services were very quick to respond when I had a flood in my flat. They were friendly on the phone and keen to help me. The man who brought the water extraction machines was personable and kind.

We had an unexpected flooding issue in our unit, and it was quite stressful seeing water spread throughout the property. We contacted FES, and they responded quickly and came out to help remove the water. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get everything under control. FES and Bill were my saving light in a dire situation and I am very grateful I found Bill and his team. My apartment was flooded after an outlet hose was dislodged from the washing machine and I was beyond distressed. Bill was empathetic and kindly explained the drying process and his team was at my place the following day at 8am. The boys were lovely and respectful and the process was smooth sailing. Bill was responsive with any additional questions about the process and was more than happy to answer any questions along the way. The apartment dried exceptionally well due to Bill's team and equipment and if you weren't told the washing had flooded the apartment, you would never know! Thank you to Bill and the team at FES. I cannot fault this company whatsoever! Almost two weeks ago i flooded my bedroom & i called FES Group, they were so fast & so professional. In a stressful situation like that i felt very calm after speaking with them & i would highly recommend them. As someone who had no idea what to do next, fes explained every small detail & stayed in contact over the week that my room was drying which i very much appreciated!

Absolutely top notch service, the shop we were renting (to our horror) had a burst pipe on a weekend, in regional QLD. We jumped on the phone in a panic and thankfully were put onto this company - The FES guys came out same day and carried out work to ensure the shop was safe and that the damage was mitigated ASAP. They have provided advice above and beyond for some challenges we have encountered from our end with insurance companies and rental agencies and have shown empathy and professionalism at all times, supporting us through this journey as new small business owners who had not had to deal with something of this nature previously. We cant speak highly enough of how we appreciate the guidance, support and advice, not only on the flood damage but the process after the flooding was resolved and the flooring etc dried safely! We were provided with very detailed reports on what type of water damage occurred, where it originated, how it was rectified and what, if any, future steps may need to be taken.

Top quality service from start to finish. Made me calm and relaxed and assured me the job would be carried out and my carpet would return back to normal after the accident. They showed up within an hour, fully prepared with all the highest level equipment. Kept in touch during the weeks service and came to clean and everything was back to normal like it never happened. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough !
