First class products
Having reviewed wool bedding for some time. I decided to visit Floks to see their products first hand. I visited their shop twice and was very impressed with the quality and the finish of the products. I spoke at length with both the staff on each occasion. They were extremely helpful. Polite and informative. I originally ordered the pillows and then contacted the owner to discuss the duvets. Sophie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I ended up ordering the all season duvet. I cannot believe the difference this has made to my sleep quality. I cannot recommend this company high enough. The staff and owner give outstanding customer service and the quality of the products is excellent. What a difference these products make. First class.

Outstanding pillows
Outstanding product. Purchased the soft wool pillows x2. Great support. It is not as fluffy as a down pillow however it offers brilliant support (just right) and got a great nights rest. Simply love it. It is better than various others I have tried (Temper-Pedic symphony comes somewhat close). I can stop searching. Well packaged with a storage bag thrown in. Can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Floks quality products are superb
I visited the Floks store. The staff were excellent. Very knowledgeable and informative. They were not pushy but very helpful and friendly. The quality of the products is outstanding. We fully researched wool bedding. It does everything it says. Best buy for a long time. I would recommend Floks to anyone. They are the best company I have ever dealt with. These guys are definitely premier league

I bought a winter duvet from JOHN LEWIS( Floks) a it was on offer. It is nice and comfortable. But not warm enough.

Wool can have a natural woolly scent to start with and this will disappear over time and with regular airing outside which will also refresh and fluff up the fibres. Our woolly products are completely natural and sustainable and are hopefully helping you to have a great night's sleep.
Fluffy wool filled pillows
I was looking for a more natural, sustainable but luxurious pillow and I found it here! These pillows are the best I have ever slept on. Very happy with my purchase & would highly recommend.

Great company
The duvet is very well made and warm, though it was not for me in the end as I found a little too rustly for my liking. Customer service is excellent and the return could not have been easier.

Fantastic service with an amazing product
We had a specific enquiry and concern prior to ordering, which Sophie came back to us almost immediately and answered all our questions. The finish quality of the duvet is impeccable and the presentation equates to care and consideration that has gone into every aspect of the manufacture. Doubtful value for money
Cashmere socks were nicely packaged and received in good time. They fit well and are warm. Completely fit for purpose, but my issue is price (and postage). They seem no better than a good pair of socks that can be found elsewhere for significantly lower cost. A nice purchase for someone where cost doesn't matter.

Our socks are made in Scotland and are 100% cashmere rather than combined with a percentage of synthetic material as we feel that this does give a superior product. Helped get my pillows delivered
I had an issue with delivery and contacted Floks. The lady at Flocks contacted DPD and provided them with more instructions about my location that I couldn’t give due to ordering the pillows through John Lewis. Tonight I received the new pillows and am excited to use them tonight!
