FlipSystem has everything, the pre-vetted deals, crews needed to flip, and the training to understand how to do this business.

I’ve had a bad experience with Flipsystem and I regret falling for their marketing. Listen to the bad reviews, I wish I did. I’ll keep it short, but their whole product is EXTREMELY overpriced. Their “course” is half-assed scribbles on a white board. Their teams on the ground have bad communication (they don’t even do phone calls). And their profitability estimates are way off. I do admit, they have great support team, and very knowledgeable pros do have your back throughout. But I’ve had a lot of stuff go wrong, I wasn’t going to write a review originally, but negative experiences just keep piling up. If it will save another eager new investor that’s why I’m here.

Scam. Their software is not software. It is a shell of a front-end with underpaid humans behind the scene, populating your dashboards with out-of-date data. None of the deals on platform were profitable. The team they connected us to was ineffectual, and couldn't move fast enough to close the 2% of deals that could have been profitable. Huge waste of time and money. Avoid.

After being connected to the team on the ground in the market that we were assigned, we attempted to put in offers for deals that had potential to be profitable. To clarify, this was less than 10% of the total deals available on the platform; the vast majority of the listings on FlipSystem were sold before they were added to the platform for review. Of this 10%, all had been sold before we were able to receive any scope of work/repair estimates from the team on the ground. Most deals didn't work, and for the ones that did, the teams were too slow to be effective.

Whats more, in an effort to get some value out of the relationship, we asked the team on the ground in our selected market to present us with any potential deals they might come across themselves (offers outside of the FlipSystem platform). Of those they shared with us, two of them were from ex-FlipSystem clients that were trying to sell the homes that they had purchased, only to find out that profitability estimates were wrong and that they were operating at a loss.

For those that do successfully buy, they find that the profitability estimates were wrong and they are quickly trying to exit before being burned any further.

It has been a horrible experience signing up with flip system, they charged me 20k to start this program plus $200 a month for their service. Has been nothing that a disappointment. All this promises weee all lies. Their app is having problems not able to see any couches weekly events and not be able to sent any new properties to the teams for review. I have been dealing with this for a month and they still not fix it. At this point I’m not able to do any deals with them because of computer issues they are facing and they blame it is my computer and that I need to update my system which I do it every time. Nothing but excuses. I have been asking for a refund and they keep blowing me off at this point I’m taking legal actions next year not only me a big group are will be going for it. Please do yourself a favor and run from flip. Scammers and liars is so disgusted they try to take your money.

Flip System let me get into real estate world so easily

I'm very excited to post this review for FlipSystem. In a very short time I've not only learned a great deal, but I know if I ever get stuck on anything I have a support system that I can count on to get answers from. It's been only a couple months since I started with Flipsystem but today I just closed on my first out of state investment property, Thanks to FlipSystem.
