The app is only showing one market... Detroit michigan. A d these houses are junk. Small small small properties. Maybe when you break into a bunch of other markets your on the right track you got a long ways to go keep up the hard work but this is no value to me at the moment. Good luck get back to me when you have a lot more markets. Its wierd your asking for a review before you even let me test the app... But hey i hope the best for you.. just this is not usefull for me but good try. Good effort.

I cannot get the app to open for me. The gentleman they have calling me has a thick accent that I have trouble understanding. I have now spent a couple hours and have not even been able to open the app

Not a bad app. It, unfortunately, doesn't have anything near me, therefore take my opinion with a grain of salt. But the guys are helpful and considerate. And the markets that they do have, the deals look decent. If it was in my market I would definitely utilize it.

I got a phone call litralily 1 min after i put int my contact into the FlipSystem..Talk about prompt service! Rachel who called me was very informative. She started by asking me basic questions and then gave me a quick description of how their system works. If you are in the midwest, this works perfect. Some of these properties that have been fully vetted are in my area and I can actually drive by and physically take a look myself.. I love it!!!
