Beware of their undisclosed agency fees. Deceptive and unfair—charging agency fees for tickets that were never used and cancelled and for services that were not fully rendered.

In September 2023, I booked two round-trip Main Cabin tickets, which allow changes or cancellations for full e-credits. However, Flightnest refused to include the $380 agency fee in the e-credits, despite confirming in writing via email by Dominic that it would be applied.

When we called back in 2024 and 2025 to rebook using the e-credits, they instructed us to complete the booking directly through Delta's website. However, Delta only issued e-credits for the ticket price and not the agency fee that Flightnest had already charged.

This agencia is not reliable.
The worst experience of my life: just as I was about to board with my family, we were stopped at the gate because FlightNest hadn't paid for two of the tickets, even though I had paid them in full in advamce. We had to buy four new tickets at the last minute to be able to fly, and we had to take a connecting flight. We lost the entire day also.

They took forever to issue my tickets and then they issued tickets for a completely different flight than I paid for. We are a family of 5. None of our seats were together. They nearly ruined all my vacation plans.

The representatives English was difficult to understand at times. If I asked them to repeat their tone became condescending. I would prefer they use my name rather than only calling me "mam". I requested a confirmation number for my booking and was told it was not available. That made me skeptical. I was told I would have an itinerary 48 hours before my trip. I did not receive it and had to call to request it. The final cost of booking ended up being much more than the original quote. I will not recommend this flight service.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever done business with. I THOUGHT the flights were super affordable… come to find out I got charged almost 3x what I thought was the price. Then, the morning of boarding, I had no tickets. Seems like the payment flights nest tried to issue got denied. After at least 10-15 “reasons,” (excuses), I blocked their number and their charges and had to book a completely different flight through a completely different airline, just to get to my family in time for my grandmothers funeral, which I won’t make… I’ll only be able to be at the reception afterwards. Completely inexcusable and ridiculous.

This review is on behalf of my father- and mother-in-law, who have been completely let down by Global Flight Catchers (GlobalFlightCatchers.com). What started as a seemingly affordable way to book flights has turned into an absolute disaster that left them stranded in Spain with no support, no solution, and zero accountability from this company.

They were told their return tickets were confirmed — only to show up at the airport and find no flight booked at all. That was over a week ago, and they’re still stuck abroad, missing work, losing income, and dealing with the emotional toll of being left in limbo.

The company initially said they would send the ticket later, then stopped responding altogether. Now, they’re trying to charge more money for a ticket that was already paid for — with receipts and proof. This is unethical, misleading, and absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, we discovered they’re also operating under another domain: FlightsNest.com — which doesn’t even work. This raises serious red flags about their transparency and legitimacy.

This company is non-responsive, disorganized, and deceptive. There is zero customer support, and they do not honor their agreements. It’s been weeks with no real resolution, and they’ve made a stressful situation even worse.

Esta es una situación fraudulenta, He revisado los malos review que aparecen en este sitio, para esta compañía y coinciden con mi mala experiencia hoy. Mi esposa está enferma, no tiene su tratamiento médico y no tenemos boletos para regresar a USA. Mi hija llamó y Steven el agente de atención por el número 18445815823 lo que hizo fue reírse de ella. Es un abusador. Hugo Racabaran es un fraude al igual no contesta los correos, el website y dirección que utilizan en sus boletos son irregulares. Hoy 29 de junio me acaban de realizar un consumo con kintarjeta de crédito, no solo les basto haberme estafado con mis boletos por $1680 de la cual tuve que viajar el 01/05/2025 sino que ahora me hacen un consumo por $829 estos tipos son ladrones, parece que no son de Estados Unidos porque ya estuvieran presos, tengan cuidado con entregar la nuneracion de tarjeta y comprar boletos, hugo, jenny y todos los que trabajan en esta empresa son ladrones!

I purchased 2 airline tickets from Flights Nest on May 1st, 2025 for a flight on June 12th from Madison WI to El Paso, TX to go see family. I was originally told tickets would be emailed to me 48 hours prior to the flight. When I emailed on the 10th of June, I was then told tickets would come 24 hours prior. On the 11th of June, Hugo Racabaran from Flights Nest called to say the flight was overbooked. Since I paid them 6 weeks ago, I questioned how I was able to book tickets if the flight was overbooked 6 weeks ago. Regardless, they switched my flight from Madison to Milwaukee, WI and promised tickets would be emailed to be that day before 9pm. Tickets were not sent. Then, after several threats, Jenny Smith from Flights Nest called on the morning of the 12th of June and said she was sending tickets now. Once I received them, I noticed my last name was spelled wrong. I called Southwest Airline with the ticket info and was told their payment was not authorized and therefore the tickets were no good. If I still wanted to fly that afternoon, I would have to pay Southwest Airlines at $1200ea for a total of $2400.00. I called Flights Nest immediately and no answer. I emailed them and no response until the next day when Jenny Smith said she would be refunding me what I paid within 30 minutes. That was 4 days ago and still I have not received a refund. I filed a credit card dispute with Mastercard and now am told from Jenny at Flights Nest they cannot refund because I disputed the charges. As I told her, I only filed the dispute because they failed to get me my tickets, failed to pay Southwest Airlines for my tickets and also failed to provide me a refund as she said she would. They took my money and held it for 6 weeks and never provided me tickets until 4 hours prior to my flight; spelled my name wrong; then never paid for the tickets. It’s a scam. Jenny Smith and Hugo Racabaran both belong in prison and the Flights Nest website needs to be shut down before more people are scammed.

Stay away for this scam “agency”. Once you book and hope you get a confirmation email. They will call you and advise the price you book is no longer available and you have to pay extra. When you say you don’t want to pay they tell you the ticket is not refundable! The other thing they say is they could issue a ticket but you will receive it 2 days before departure! What? Good luck with that!!! Such a nasty way to trick people and take advantage on them.

I also had to deal with my credit card company a few days after this reservation my card was used to book with 3 different airlines!! Such a hassle to get that reported and had to cancel my card. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so-called travel agency!

A real scam. They tempt you with very low prices (half of the normal price), tell you it's confirmed, charge you, and send you the tickets 24 hours before the flight.
Do you know why only 24 hours before? Because they use other people's cards and trust that the information won't reach the airline, but in my case, the flight from Albuquerque to Miami was delayed, and on the second flight, they informed me it was a scam!
I had to pay again, and they gave me a phone number that wasn't mine and an email that wasn't mine either.
They are scammers and they use different agency names: FLIGHTSNEST,

TRAVOLIE,
etc.
And the names they use are:
Hugo Racabaran,
Jennie Smith,
and others.
THEY SHOULD ALL BE IN JAIL.

Una verdadera estafa. Te tientan con precios muy bajos (la mitad de los normales) te dicen que esta confirmado te cobran y te mandan los tickets 24horas antes del vuelo.
sabes porque solo 24 horas antes? porque usan tarjetas de otros y confian que no va a llegar la informacion a la aerolinea pero en mi caso el vuelo Albuquerque a Miami, se retrazo y en el segundo vuelo me informaron que era una estafa!!!!
tuve que pagar devuelta y me dijeron un telefno que no era el mio y un mail que tampoco era.

I booked tickets that I never got. The guy told me that I would get my e-tickets 24hrs before departure. Each week they will keep lying to you about sending tickets. I told them to send me my refund back. It's been three weeks and still no refunds. Big scam and everyone needs to speak up that got scam from this company so we can shut them down or they going to keep scamming people.

This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen took almost 3,000 Tickets no good. At airport with 8 people! Tickets no valid.dont ever use then you will loose all your money. Con artist!

UPDATE: CALLED COMPANY TO REPORT THAT THEY HAD NOT SENT THE TICKETS I HAD PAID FOR. SAID REFUND WOULD BE COMING. NEVER GOT IT, THIS MORNING I AM CHARGED FOR MORE TICKETS TOTALING $800. REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS FRAUD, UPON INVESTIGATION, THIS IS INDIAN COMPANY COMMITING FRAUD, DO NOT USE.
FIRST REPORT: My employee calls me at 5am to tell me that He is at the Airport and they do not have him on the flight. So we have to rebook on another flight for the next day at twice the price. Tried calling Flightsnest.com and they are not open till much later in the day. I will update this review once I get a hold of them . I read enough reviews now to see that they are possibly scams. We never received our confirmation number or tickets.

I did not receive my tickets until less than 24 hours before my flight and when I got my E tickets and went to get on the plane, they said they were fraud. They charged an older woman somewhere out there on her credit card with my name and she called it in because they never had my tickets. I lost $1200 That day , owe 1800 because I was stranded at the airport and a family member paid $1800 for three people one way I have a long of investigation going on and that money doesn’t even include I owe back the other 2000. I owe my sister for the lawyer I’ve hired , Hugo and all of them lied to be. not only did it ruin my vacation and ruined my 2- 13-year-old girls vacation the stress having to take different airlines different planes getting in way later. I just don’t understand how they’re getting away with it. I need anybody’s help to take these people down they’re spending the money they take off my credit card to do whatever and I kept calling and saying where’s my ticket? Rude guy says u get two days before one person tells me he hangs up on Me when I didn’t get it. I called that night. No, it’s one day before now. Mind you. I’m leaving the next day. Numerous times other people that answered said I call you right back. I have to talk to the supervisor they never called back ever but I called them over and over again. I’ve ever emailed I have every phone conversation recorded $1200. It might not be a delight to some people, but after getting there not being stranded and getting home and paying for a lawyer, it’s expensive !!! Btw I got my E tickets that night and that’s after they charge another woman desperately to buy tickets cause they spent my money so she must’ve woke up and saw the scam on her bank so when I went to scan the e tickets, they said they were fraud!!!This company will not get back to me. You will lose your ass if you go through this company, but I am gonna find it. This is never gonna happen again, I’m gonna take them down. !!!

This company is a fraud, I never received my tickets despite making numerous attempts to get them. A few hours before my flight they told me that they couldn’t get my tickets. I lost more than $5,000 worth of trip reservations.
