Similar to a previous reviewer I am also busy and struggle to find time in my day to write lengthy complains to a company. I have also never reviewed a company before. However, I was so angry with Airtickets24 that I felt compelled to warn others about them. They are definitely not a 24 hour service, they do not respond to e-mails for days (meanwhile, flight options are dwindling) and when you finally get hold of them, they can't speak English properly. Every time you get a different operator and you have to start your whole story from the beginning again. This is usually while speaking on a roaming mobile charge while on holiday. When they finally admitted their (several) mistakes, which cost me hundreds of Euros, they compensated me with €50! By this stage I had run out of energy and decided to turn to Internet reviews...
If all goes well, you will probably get the service of the positive reviewers below. However, if you need to change anything or they make a mistake in the booking process, good luck!

Clearly the operators do not speak fluent ENGLISH and DO NOT wish to accept RESPONSIBLITY for the companies fraud, companies mistakes and companies mishaps or any other company shenanigans.

1) on the iPhone application I went through the whole booking process with the departure date being 4th of November (from emerald australia to brisbane australia) and the return dye being the 11th of November (from Brisbane australia to emerald australia)
2) when I received confirmation of my flights the departure date had been changed to the 21st of October which was my BOOKING DATE - not my DEPARTURE DATE!
3) Upon cancellation of my entire trip I was told I will only receive only 28.03€ out of 328.91€ in a refund which is ABSOLUTE FRUAD!

4) My confirmation email did show the airline booking code HOWEVER that booking code DOES NOT match the virgin australia booking codes needed to cancel or change the flight. There is a discrepancy in the numbers that are specific to the company that differ from virgin Australia's booking numbers.

3) I spent numerous hours on the phone to virgin australia because I could not contact this company due to the time difference and I even spoke face to face with a representative at the "Emerald Virgin Australia" Airport to try and resolve the ticket problem and was told the same thing over and over that because the booking numbers and codes DO NOT match that virgin australia cannot change anything to do with the flights because it is specific to a "third party" dealer.

This mistake is not on my behalf and I will not accept being told that it is - it is a malfunction of your application and your company should be legally required to refund ALL purchasing prices in AUD currency (or which ever currency the customer is using)

Airtickeckets24.com is the worst worst booking agency on the planet they will not let you get a refund even if you submit within the aloted 24hr time period! They are in Athens Greece and doing business in the USA but don't work on the same timeframe nor are they 24hrs except to take your money terrible on the phone and made me waste 30 international minutes on the phone to deny me the app is OK but I don't recommend it until airtickets24.com is banned don't use this company period they suck!

My experience with Fly24 is so disgusting that I canon even bring myself to write about it. I am sick of documenting what has happened at this point. What I will say is that I have never been so angry that I have felt the need to express my anger on a forum before.

I have lodged a complaint with trading standards and intend to ensure, even though I am a busy woman with a family, home and career and do not really have the time to pursue this, that fly 24 at stopped and soon.

Please report your cases to trading standards as well as writing on these forums. I also intend to write to watchdog.

They are the worst airline ticket site! I purchased a ticket in Antigua for the next day to send my kid home. My kid went from Antigua to San Juan (Puerto Rico) on a LIAT flight. We purchased through flights24.com for her Jet Blue flight from Puerto Rico to JFK. When she went to check in her flight, they said her itinerary & confirmation number was INVALID. We sent our child ALONE and then we are scrambling in the US trying to find another ticket from Jet Blue. Instead of paying $362 for her one way ticket from San Juan to JFK, we paid a whooping $682 to send her home 9pm that night instead of 3 PM. Jet Blue said this website MADE THE CONFIRMATION BUT DIDN'T PAY. In Antigua we didn't have internet often so we did not see they requested our ID but could they not have called us to make sure it was not fraudulent? Our child may have not come home, if we did not have $700 to spare. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT A RISK. AND THEY BETTER GIVE OUR REFUND.

This is the worst flight booking site I have ever been on in my life. If there was a change in the price, I could have paid more for it. They obviously have no regard for your customers and whether and their family holiday plans. The most terrible service I have gotten in my entire life, they cancelled my flight plans to meet with my family in miami for new year's. who does that???!! #disappointed #unsatisfied #totallydisgusted

It is the worst. I have never ever experienced such troubles with a ticket booking company. Their customer service is totally inexistent. It's like talking to a wall. I booked my ticket. Of course they applied a tax which was not listed initially. but past that, I had an emergency and I wanted to rebook. i called them and they told me there was a ticket available, which would cost me an extra 370 dollars. i agreed to that, after which they held me waiting all day, and in the end told me they didn't manage to book that ticket. Initially though they assured me and even emailed me with the connections available. Then they told me to contact lufthansa, because they are supposed to help me. Sure they could and they would, but I bought the ticket from flights 24 and not lufthansa, and their policy doesn't allow anyone to make changes in their system. After hours of talking to these agents that were telling me they are working on my ticket, I got nothing.

When traveling to Greece this year, we booked with flights24.com for the first time. The website is excellent and its simple enough to easily use. The booking process was also simple for us to complete. We found lots of different options enabling us to choose the ideal flight package for our holiday. What's more the price couldn't be improved upon by any of their online competitors. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and we will use them again for our next planned trips.

Beware this scam.

If you read the positive review titles you can see that they are advertisement slogans posted by this agency.

Being told that there are hidden fees I read every item during the purchase and checkout--there was absolutely nothing about the charges that continue to be added to my credit card!

My next action is to report them to the BBB and Credit Card agencies.

I had a great experience when I bought my tickets. I always find the best deals on Flights24 every time I buy plane tickets!

It was so easy to book a flight,that was at a low price that i cound'nt get with any any one else. on top of that they give me a even lower price when i booked right then. Thanks

I am extremely dissatisfied with Flights24.com! In the Spring I booked 4 tickets to fly to Ft. Lauderdale (4 one way there and 4 one way back due to a cheaper price). After being notified by Mastercard that my account had several charges relating to this booking, I looked into it and found "hidden and misleading" charges that totaled a couple hundred dollars +. I immediately contacted their customer service by email, explaining my dissatisfaction with their misleading advertisements and asked if they'd reverse my charges because I was NOT going to use the tickets. After a couple of hours of correspondance between the two of us, I went to bed ( 11 pm my time, but 8 pm their time). I woke up to find 2 messages saying that I had until midnight that night (by then it was 8 hours past their deadline which I had slept through!!) and they would reverse the flight charges, but not the large service fees - which was the main thing I asked to be removed in the first place! When I wrote back saying that I'd like to take them up on their offer, they refused because it was "past their deadline"! I explained to them that it was 11pm - 2am eastern time and I was sleeping and didn't get the message until the next morning when I awoke! Here it is 7 months later and it still has not been resolved!! I am so disappointed in Flights 24.com! Stick with the reputable travel agencies such as Orbitz or Travelocity!!

I had to book a flight at the last minute due to a family emergency. I was prepared to have sticker shock and to have to try and get a loan. To my amazement, I paid no more for the ticket. I have purchased two tickets this summer and have been pleased to get good fares on major airlines with no hassles.

It was very easy to book but too much if you need to make a simply change!!!!

I spent hours searching for airfares last May of 2011 to Myrtle Beach for my nephew's wedding. A friend told my about Flights24. I went to the site and immediately found the BEST airfare and booked it for myself and two children. We took the offer to pay a small amount so we could all sit together. We had such a great flight. I'm booking my flight to Dallas next and I'll be using Flights24 from now one.

always provides the best deal. reservations are easy to make. found them by accident but I will keep going back.

didn't even know about this site til about a month ago when my pending move from the west coast to the east coast needed to be planned. Found multiple flight back and forth and for all my holiday travel for about half the price as all the other sites listing the same flights. The website is easy to understand, and the flights are always cheap. Good option for international booking!

After going through some negative experiences when it comes to finding cheap airfares online, I always book my ticket directly from the airline carriers. I was very apprehensive about purchasing anything from flights24.com, however, the trip offered was the best value I could find and I decided to give it a try. I booked a roundtrip ticket for my girlfriend and I from New York to Miami on a Tuesday evening, and we received the tickets the following day. My ticket was confirmed promptly and the services flights24.com provided was very good.
