The company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They screwed along of customers and companies that did their transfers.

Shuttle didn't show up, no refund issued. Customer service is impossible to get hold of. Avoid this company.

When I tried to call the receptionist was very avoidant and could not confirm that this was the correct number for airportshuttles.com or not.

We booked for a drive at Antalya airport in Turkey through Airportshuttle.com. We paid and received confirmation number by a company in Antalya called Rush Services LLC. Upon arrival and expecting a meet and greet service as advertised, there was no one waiting for us. The number given to us was not answered nor were emails. Eventually many emails to Airportshuttles.com were never replied to even though it said our email was received. To be left stranded in a country that we were never to before was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and then ignored when trying to get an explanation just makes things worse. Do not use this company to plan for transportation purposes. You will be disappointed

SCAM!! Booked a shuttle that was due to collect us in Brisbane after 31 hours of travel. Shuttle never arrived - we had already paid in full. We've tried to get hold of the company with no response at all. We were stranded as a family, I had 3 exhausted children. The lack of response has been so poor!! I would expect a refund as common decency, however clearly they do not care about their reputation or what's simply right and fair. I would highly suggest you do not book through them.

Terrible service!
Our driver never showed up to the airport, and when we called they hung up on us! Never use this service!!! I tried to contact them via email since they would not answer my call and received the email that they had received my request, but never heard back from them. We had to hire a totally different service while we were in the country! It was a complete nightmare!

Avoid at all costs. They are a car hire broker rather than direct provider. Needless to say the car never arrived and I was still charged. When I called to ask where the car was, the actual car provider (SmartRyde) was not able find my booking. I have since submitted a refund request to AirportShuttles without any response.

Booked a shuttle and just got to airport to find that they aren’t in business anymore…

If I could give airport shuttle.com a zero star I would in a heartbeat. On January 13, 2022 I booked and paid for a round trip service. Service was pickup at airport in New York on 2/1/22 the return on 2/7/22. On 1/31/22 my service was cancelled by the company but me. I have been trying to get a refund since 2/1/22. I get promises but no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

We booked online with Airportshuttles Johannesburg for a transfer to the Airport. Due to the covid's restrictions, we had to cancel our trip. On January 7th, I canceled the transfer and requested our refund, until today they didn't refund us , I sent many emails,the answer is: we are waiting for the provider to confirm or our system is out !!! This is outrageous for a company such as Airportshuttles. We booked with them,and paid them, they have to refund us , I don't care about the provider, that's their problem.

Do NOT use this service to order your transportation unless unreliability is something you like. We waited for our transportation to the airport for over a half hour. When we spoke with the actual driver, he told us that airportshuttle.com collects money for trips with them and they do not do business with them anymore due to lack of getting paid in the past. This company is a terrible scam and we will be reporting them to the BBB as well as writing reviews all over the internet so no one else makes the same mistake we did!

I was a supplier and did work for this company and never got paid from last year and they emptied my account after they received monies from the clients. I have the screen shot of my account sent it to them and the account was totally wiped out and I didnt get paid!

This company will be reported to the fraud commission and the federal government. The MD a Mr Bryan Williamson and his Wife Rebecca should be arrested and prosecuted for charging customers, keeping the payment and NOT paying their suppliers. He is on linkedin and this page been passed on to the authorities in Raleigh. This is a scam company.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They never answer emails. They hide their address and phone number online but being as smart as we are it’s easy to find.
They never pay on time and I have reported them with FTC and started discussions with them to sue this company.

We had a contract with Airportshuttles.com, and starting in December they stopped paying us for the transfers we completed. The company does not answer the phone and they don't pay their bills. I had to turn this account over to a collection agency. They are big time scammers.

We were the provider of airport shuttles for longer than a year with rate 5 stars without missing one trip or any complain from any passengers
Also airport shuttle had very bad communication with providers or passengers (no call answer nor email reply )
We were always paid late then suddenly scammed for payment
They increased their commission from 12% to 45% without our approve a month ago and pended our payment (around $7k ) which is violation and scamming
We also had feed back from many passengers that did not get service nor refund
airport shuttles is not transportation company but just platform to book a provider of transfer
it is ashamed to be stolen.
we help it to grow up and be famous worldwide but now , they stole us and passengers

I called 3 days in advance for a ride to the airport IAD, the driver called me and told me his car broke down. Sounded like a lie! Then I called the numbers they gave me to reschedule, none of those numbers worked. It’s scam, they already charged me $111 for the ride. They are scammers. Don’t do any business with them.

Horrible. Extremely disappointed. Provider we used thru Airportshuttles.com NEVER picked up our (out of state college student) son for the airport. He would have missed his flight except we had a backup plan. After not being able to contact anyone anywhere after our paid in advance reservation, we got a bad feeling. Good thing we had a backup. Airportshuttles.com is a joke.

I have booked a shuttle pick up from Manhattan to EWR last week. I paid in advance and received a confirmation for my booking BUT the shuttle never came ! I called 6 times but only an answering machine is behing this company. I wish I had read the reviews before... :( Apparently those people from Airportshuttles.com mean RIP OFF. Absolutely AVOID them.

Apparemment ces personnes de Airportshuttles.com sont coutumiers du fait. Arnaque totale, fuyez à tout prix !
