Likes to give you a skip, but good luck getting it removed!
Had a skip for 3 weeks in Sheffield on my drive as I just moved into the house & was getting rid of old furniture left behind as well as some of my own.
I called them 8 times & arranged to have to collected, and each day came & went. It's now 3 months since I got the skip for 3 weeks. Each time I called, I ended up speaking to a foreign speaking woman, which is a bit off for a skip hire company in Sheffield.
Anyways, I ended emailing them with a deadline day, I got a reply to confirm they will collect by then & that day came & went. So I have since had the skip removed by another company & invoiced them to pay by a given date & they've ignored my request. I'm now in the process of a small claims against them.
Good but with issues .
Item came on time , when i made a call to have it collected for a certain day i was acknowledge that it would be that day .
But it wasent picked up on the day we agreed on. 🤷🏼♂️

Ordered and paid for but didn’t arrive on time. After many phone calls arrived very late . Asked for early pick up, didn’t happen, asked for pick up on arranged date, didn’t happen. After many phone calls and emails was picked up a week later!! Customer service was diabolical. DO NOT USE

Hired and paid for a skip to be delivered today. Did not arrive! Rang company this morning but got no response. Rang again later in the day to have answer machine say they are now closed. Doesn’t open again until Monday. Sent email.
I am now having to organize other ways to clear the stuff that should have gone in the skip. If they weren’t able to deliver on the day when I requested even though email confirmation stated said date then is it too much to ask for some common courtesy and tell me the paying customer! Or is it a case of “we’ve got the money so we don’t care”!

lorry drive hit a cable on our site sent all into to panda waste and fletchers waste no one has called to resolve this matter after 5 days of calling and emailing. they will be a very large bill going in after the cctv cable was takeout and we have had to have on site security on while this has been fixed

Avoid – Skip Never Delivered, Refund Not Received
I booked and paid for a skip which was never delivered.
After chasing the company, I received an email confirming that a refund had been issued, however no money ever arrived in my bank account. My bank has confirmed that no refund was processed.
I tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email but was repeatedly passed between people, with no one taking responsibility or resolving the issue. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.
I have now had to raise a formal chargeback dispute with my bank to recover my money.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking. Non-delivery and failure to refund has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.
