Great customer service. I was updated at every stage of the process. The fitters were very efficient and tidy. My new veranda looks stunning

I just wanted to write a review about the brilliant service we received from Fleming Verandas Sam came out and was very knowledgeable about the product all the information he gave us was accurate. Any queries we had he answered and made some suggestions about trying out the veranda then adding extra modules at a later date. Two weeks after we placed our order we had a call from Sam to say our Veranda would be delivered and built the day after . The fitters arrived 2 great lads and had the veranda up in 5 hours it was a pleasure to work with the team at Fleming Verandas. I will certainly recommend them.

From start to finish Fleming always kept in contact to let us know the best and relevant information. Had a lovely chap called Steve come and have a look around and talk through the process with us. From when we placed our order, we had updates to do with delivery dates and times and when they would come and put it up. Its been a pleasure to work with flemings and we're ecstatic with our veranda.

I cannot fault the product or the workmen who came to install my veranda, they were polite and hard working, erecting the veranda quite quickly and it looks marvellous. I am looking forward to many enjoyable times sat underneath it.

I had a home visit from Sam for a potential order for an awning and valance combination. After placing the order all communications were very good and the fitting was perfect. The unit is excellent and I would say that if anyone is considering an awning then they should really look at having a valance to cater for late afternoon low sun

I have had my glass veranda installed 20th May 2022 and I am satisfied with the result.

Sam was very helpful throughout the process. He advised that I visit their showroom so I can see the quality of the material.

The installation went smoothly and quickly. It made my patio looked bigger and smart. Consequently, my friend decided to have a glass veranda too.

Would highly recommend Fleming Verandahs. Sam in the showroom was excellent - no hard sell - just helpful information and advice. Manny who came to fit the verandah was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our verandah has been up for a couple of months and love the outdoor space it has given us.

Verandah installation was excellent and the guys were very thorough and professional. Only 4 out of 5 stars because I had my installation date booked for several months, only for the company to contact me and state they had double booked and couldn't come that date. I had booked a day off work. Then the date changed again. Plus they asked the patio installers to come back and make good the block paving around the posts. That's not their job, I explained that as far as I'm concerned the patio could have been there 3yrs, it was Fleming Verandas job to make good any holes made in the patio. This was quite stressful, but it was all resolved by the veranda installers on the day and it looks brilliant.

I made two quotations for glass room. One from other company. Both quotations are similar & competitive. The other one gave me pressure in making decision. Robert of Fleming solved all my queries with excellent attitude without forcing me to make decision. He also gave me discount.

Very professional company who are very genuine. They explain everything and help you choose what is best for you. There communication is very good. Telling me when they would be coming and when it will be delivered. Top quality instalment and product. Would recommend to anyone. Feels like a new room has been added.

Waited quite a while from order to installation but couldn’t be happier with my veranda. I can enjoy sitting in the garden in all weather !! Extremely happy with the results and with service provided. Dealing with Sam & the installation guys was a pleasure - no hesitation in recommending Flemings if you’re considering an outdoor project.

After 1 week enjoying our new glassroom installed by Fleming Verandas, we couldn't be happier with the result. Fleming Verandas' team was very professional all way through the process and we would recommend them, without any doubt, to our family and friends.

We are very happy with our new veranda supplied and installed by Fleming. This is a nice quality product, efficiently installed and is a great addition to our house. There were a few issues:
The installation team did not turn up on the day they were booked and were not able to fit us in for nearly another 2 weeks. This brought the time from ordering to installation to between 9 and 10 weeks and resulted in the metalwork and glass sitting on our lawn and drive for a very long time as it had been delivered early.
However, the installation team were efficient and worked hard to finish in one day.
Altogether, we are pleased to have chosen Fleming and at such a great price too.

The service from all the team at Fleming Verandas has been first class from initial contact with Richard, site visit from Sam and installation by Manny and Hardeep.

Ordered a veranda from Fleming after checking a few quotes. Fleming was very competitive. The agent who came to visit was very transparent and personable. Gave a lead time of around 6-8 weeks (Feb) but we had everything fitted in 5 weeks. The fitting team were also very good, fast, clean and polite. It's been about a month and no problems so far. All in all very happy with service provided.

Extremely happy with our new veranda. Excellent personal service from Sam, who we initially visited at Hollybush Garden Centre and communicated with throughout from surveying, ordering, delivery and installation. Great value for money. Thanks to Dan and his assistant for installing it. It’s a lovely modern extension to our bungalow.

Visit at the Hollybush showroom which led to Chris coming to see me and two months later, installed and enjoying the brief sunny weather. Went for the grey and laminated glass as concerned for safety with young children.

Having contacted multiple suppliers and having several home visits, the service, quality and attentiveness of Fleming Verandas shone through right from the start. From the initial contact with Ruth in the office, to the home visit and survey from Sam the sales manager the whole process felt personal, simple and like my project really mattered to them as a business. Having just had our 5x3m glass room installed over the weekend by Dan and the installation team we are excited to enjoy this beautiful, quality outdoor space over the coming summer months.

Cannot fault the whole process from start to finish and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family
