My wife Shirley and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Fleming Verandas, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Shirley is disabled and has always loved being outdoors, but having a comfortable, accessible outdoor space to truly enjoy the garden has been something we'd wanted for a long time — especially with the recent spell of lovely weather. From the moment we got in touch with Fleming Verandas, it was clear we were in good hands.

What really set them apart was the turnaround time. After speaking to several competitors who were quoting 12 to 18 weeks, Fleming Verandas had everything completed within just 7 weeks. That was genuinely impressive and made such a difference to us.

Paul, who carried out the fitting, was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, tidy, and took real pride in his work. He made the whole installation stress-free and the quality of the finish speaks for itself.

The veranda has completely transformed how we use our home. Shirley can now get outside and enjoy the fresh air and garden in comfort, whatever the weather — and that means everything to us. It's not just an addition to the house, it's made a real difference to our quality of life.

We purchased a veranda from Fleming Verandas which was fitted in a thoroughly professional manner with no mess we would like to thank Dan and the team for an excellent job and would highly recommend .

We love our new glass roofed veranda. It has completely changed how we use our outside space. It’s spacious and easily accommodates and protects our outside furniture. We now have no worries if it rains and bbqs are going to be easier to plan now.
Sam was so easy to communicate with and was always there on the end of the phone ( even when he went on holiday ). He helped with choosing the design and where to put the posts as we had a problem wall to take into account. Only 2 months from deposit to installation, so we are all set for the summer.
Paul and his team installed the veranda in record time and we couldn’t have been happier with their attitude and professionalism.
We would happily recommend Fleming Verandas and indeed already have.

Good experience overall. We chose aluminium veranda with polycarbonate roof. Price was competitive and contractors installed it within given time.

Several issues all resolved hence the 4 stars.
Product was delayed in delivery twice therefore 4 months after order, communication was not good-hamper received as an apology, products for other customers delivered to our drive, 3 doors incorrect size but replaced, plastic panel for roof missed off the order-received later,
Fitters are subcontracted and therefore not as reliable as the company owner expects them to be.
Overall an excellent product which we are really pleased with however the journey was not an easy one!

We would just like to thank the team at Fleming Verandas for both the design and fitting of our glass veranda, which we had fitted late September 2025. Team very helpful and worked with our unique requirements and to our budget.

I must say I am very impressed and pleased with the outcome of our new outdoor dining space provided by the fantastic team at Fleming Verandas UK. I have had had several other competitors come out to us over the last two (as we've been deliberating back and forth) but was immediately sold by the courteous and respectful approach by the team at FV. Darran came around to out Somerset holiday home last year and we have had back and forth with him and the team in the office for the past twelve months. A courteous prompt by the marketing team by sending us out a pleasant Christmas card in December (hand written!) and a reconnecting call by myself and the wife, we booked a visit in for early January to meet Darran again and this time, Robert the MD, in person. The team had a 'shoes off' policy after knocking even though we insisted that they came straight through out of the cold and wet weather - something so small, but showed us that we wanted and trusted them in our home from the get-go. Survey done, deposit paid and visual drawing's approved and delivery scheduled adhered too, Curtis and Anthony visited us with Cacper (hope I'm spelling that right!) and the team began work on a rather unpleasant rainy day in April and completed the glass room project within a week on site. No mess, no cutting, no late or missed days - just adhered to the common curtesy of working on someone's beloved property and keeping to a 'gents' schedule.
Nearly two months on we are IN LOVE with out new outdoor space and the transformation it has made for me and the wife, from entertaining, to the evening sunset or a wee dripple in the garden on the evening - its just fantastic.

From the 1st communication at the show room at the hollybush garden centre,Sam came out to survey the area & talk through everything I wanted to know then onto communicating with Chris at their office to get the installation process started,this was all a really easy process.

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Fleming Verandas so far! I met Chris at the Hollybush last weekend, he was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Had Rob out to measure this week and I’m looking forward to them fitting my new Lazio veranda in just a few weeks! Thanks again all

The workforce were hard working and a pleasure to communicate with, whether those in the office or at the workplace, our house. The end result is 100% satisfaction.

Amazing service from Sam and the Team. From the day we visited the showroom right up until completion the journey has been perfect.

As is often the case there can sometimes be snags and issues that occur, however their post sales service and customer care was second to none.

Rob came around and really sold the product and company to us. He spent time explaining all the options, giving pro's and cons for each. We never felt pressured into making a decision which differed from other companies we had around. The renders they provided have given us a really good idea of what the final product will look like. We haven't gone ahead yet, but once we do, it will definitely be with Fleming.

A great new additional to our patio area, budding up to our conservatory and giving us a place to enjoy the garden more, plus clean the dog off after long walks or toilet visits.

Fleming verandahs you should be very proud of your team mentioned above.they arrived on time 7.45am both days always with a smile and charm that you don't see that early in the morning.there work was impeccable throughout there time at our house.you all gave a very professional service from day one survey, quote ect you won't find better prices that come with this type of overall service.they will always be our first choice.KEEP UP YOUR GREAT WORK.

From the initial meeting/ site survey to the end result, I had 3 quotes and Flemming came in on my planned budget.Rob is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things verandas, glass rooms etc.We went big on ours 8m x3m initially as a fixed glass roofed awning,with planned glass sides and glass sliding doors next year. We did have a couple of technical problems, due to the micro tollerences of German engineering but these were rectified very quickly, Rob and Chris (Flemmings sales) have been super helpful and using WhatsApp for video calls etc is a super quick way to communicate. A big mention to Tom (Indigo) the fitter/ Tech, soooo helpful, tenacious and precise to make everything right. Also his gang were / are very respectful of the clients property and very polite taboot.

I would like to thank Sam Fleming for his support and advice about our glass room and veranda project. Unfortunately I decided to go to another company due to cost reasons but now I wish hadn't. Sam helped me free of cost to ask right questions about my project.He is very knowledgeable about his job knows what he is doing.I would strongly recommend this company if anyone is thinking about having dream glass room or veranda.
