AWFUL EXPERIENCE
PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE!
Had I looked at their reviews I wouldn’t have ordered from this place.
1. Takes ages to deliver
2. Quality is shit
3. When trying to return they don’t let you and offer you a 15% refund
4. Can never contact them as they don’t reply

Ordered what are supposed to be on cloud trainers they cost £69 at that price I wasn't expecting the real thing they aren't that bad of a copy to be fair I ordered them on 6th December and received 17th December what was disappointing is they dont come in a box which is a let down specially when your wrapping them for christmas

Just received a pair of track pants for my husband for Christmas, Paid £30 and they are absolutely awful, look like they would cost £2 in a sale. Absolutely gutted Ive paid that money for them and they are so awful. DON'T GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

They advertise as Netherlands then you buy items and they take weeks to come from china and never what they promise. I ordered some on clouds still cost £70 and they were fake!!! The sign on the trainers said “OD instead of OC. No box!! Also ordered a jumper and dress, looked really nice on the website, came and it looked nothing like the picture, completely fake and tacky

Please do not buy anything from this site it’s a scam my partner got me the supposedly cloud running shoes omg they are the worst plastic shoes on the planet the shoes stink of factory plastic and don’t have any labels etc not even a box£69.99 what a waste of time and money I can’t afford trainers not even decent ones for work so I asked for some for Xmas I’ll need a wheelchair after wearing these awful! Doing a charge back under the section 75 consumer rights act! Not spending £25 recorded delivery to never get my money back and be down more money. Company reported to trading standards and googles adverts.

I ordered huggy earings, a gold sleeper with a mother of pearl heart. I recieved half a gold earing with a rubber stopper on the back.wish i could put a picture on here. Totally different. Not fit for use. Came in a large bubble wrap bag loose in the corner , folded over in black plastic. To send them back costs £14.00. Please don't buy from this company,

Buy products from this company at your peril! I ordered a cutlery set on the 28th of November and to date we have not received the item or had any updates regarding the order. Product we now know is coming from china, which advertises itself as a company based in the Netherlands. You’ve been warned people!

The is not a genuine business. I purchased a pair of trainers and they were delivered in a plastic bag and are FAKE. Managed to cancel order but they sent it anyway which is what scammers are now doing. Do not purchase from this site folks

Lovely item, good value for money

Goods never arrived. Impossible to contact. Can’t believe I was so stupid to order from this company.

Ordered then realised i did not want item asked for refund within 4 hrs of order to be told i had to wait and send back , item arrived and was very poor quality , not as pictured either , then was told i had to pay to send back to china tracked ! Or except a 15% refund
Do not use this company they are fraudulent .

Bought a fleece for my daughter. It took forever to arrive, and when it eventually did, it is appalling cheap nasty quality. I hate it. Waste of nearly £40. Something tells me their customer service wouldn’t be up to much so I can’t be bothered even trying to return it-probably how they make their money. AVOID

What a great shamble. They give netherland address and norwagian tel number. When you call the phone doesnt work. Email is not responded anytime. When you see the website its full of founders rubbish videos and creations. I dont know how any european authorities has not taken any action with consumer rights. If its so easy to fool consumers and the governments and regulators, I cant believe how things work.....

Ordered dress on 10th November
They informed me they didn’t have it in that color so I asked to cancel order. It’s been now 2 weeks and I’m struggling to get back my £49 for dress they never had and never dispatched. They already sent me email 2x saying refund is being processed, but it never was

Absolute crap. Cheap stuff, better quality from Temu!! Returns cost more than the items worth. Save your money

One item was too small, made contact and they gave me the offer of a partial refund or a return, took the refund and gifted as a Christmas presents. Very happy.

I wish that I read these reviews I would’ve never bought from this company. It took nearly 4 weeks to receive my item. It states it comes from Netherlands but reading now on the reviews that they say it comes from China. I ordered the dress for my birthday and it was very poor quality not described as on the website. I’m looking to send it back and no one has got back to me as yet this item cost me £80. I don’t have a lot of money as it’s was for my birthday. They even mixed up my tracking order with somebody else’s order which I bought in October but it said it was delivered in September. if I’ve known it was coming from China, I would’ve stayed well away from China. I am hoping to get a full refund when they eventually get back to me.

Awful. Personalised jewellery was shipped from China. Disappointed. Took a month to arrive and was disappointed with the finished product. Named necklaces were the incorrect font. Will never use Fjorna again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They're not what they claim to be. The goods are sent from China. I've waited over a month for my order to be delivered. It eventually arrived today and the quality is absolutely shocking. Only place for it is the bin!
Avoid at all costs!

Waited 4 weeks for my earings they were reduced to £40 whan they came the quality was poor and sent in a bag on a piece of cardboard won't be ordering from them again .
