Do not buy from this company. I bought a bag for my granddaughter which took weeks to arrive and was coming from China which we had no idea about. Nothing like the picture or description and my granddaughter was distraught after waiting so long They charge £15 for a return so we are now having to keep the bag!! Absolutely shocking. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this company.

They are not legitimate.
Item is not as described (pure manmade fibres rather than cashmere).
They won’t honour returns and try to get you to buy something else at 80% discount. Phone number in Netherlands does not work and you are not covered by UK consumer laws. Avoid and read other reviews

I ordered a pair of purported to be Abbott Lyon earrings that fjorna had on there site on sale half price the picture that they used was a picture from Abbott Lyon and so were the details so fjorna had stole this picture and details put this on there site so I ordered a pair for a special birthday of our granddaughter. When I saw them my heart sank they were a total fake but as I say they had the real picture and details on fjorna site. I have battled with emails to only accept 25 percent reduction and keep earrings absolutely disgraceful. Abbott Lyon should sue these people they should not be able to trade.

Scam trainers arrived to day, supposed to be leather,no way they are plastic paid £46.50p, the same trainers with same markings as ones I have received HTF lets build a brighter future , are on e bay at £8.65, and this FJORNA was a sponsored ad on FB, FB should not be allowed to advertise, as the ads are scams, the package came from china

Like many before this company is a fake scam. I ordered a cardigan at £69 in October. Arrived but totally unsuitable. After a lot of persuasive tactics used on their count, I returned this providing photographic evidence of the PO receipt at a cost of £12.50. The item was detained in Customs in Shenzen, China for over a month before being finally returned. Still now two months later and despite polite emails requesting my refund, nothing! They appear to be a company without scruples or any shed of decency and offer zero customer service. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have lost a lot of money!!

Item took 2 weeks to arrive against suggested delivery date of 3 days.

Looked nothing like the item being sold online.

Cheap, fake knock off.

This company needs to be closed down.

Absolutely shocking. The item was not what what was pictured and had different straps - mostly worrying fly of all it’s impossible to return or get your money back as they don’t respond. Can only conclude this company is a scam. Very annoyed.

I brought a pair of shoes as a gift for a friend, they were such poor quality and counterfeit I would be embarrassed to gift them.
Immediately I enquired to return which. I was told i would have to pay an additional £20 to cover postage. Also that no percentage would be refunded once they received item back. Customer service was not great. I would advise do not shop here as im sure temu would be cheaper and probably better quality, shock...

The company is China based but uses Norwegian frontage to market their good to a European market The shoes I ordered was cheaply made of indifferent materials. I complained to Fjorma seeking refund under their 30 day returns offer. but I was told a goods return would be to mainland China and would be very expensive.I was offered 15% of the purchase price and two other unacceptable options. I Refused but eventually agreed to accept a store discount for the value of my purchase if used against an item from online store . I used the discount to purchase a different product. Whilst what Fjorma is selling are predominantly sub standard even rubbish. I found dealing by email with them had some satisfaction. However British Standards may consider looking into Fjorma and their sales ethics. For my opinion they are trading in substandard products with little or no chance of a full refund. Let the buyer beware.

On buying a hoody for a Christmas present as this was the one chosen.
I hadn't looked at the reviews and maybe I should have and suggested to look elsewhere.
The ordering was really positive and was going to be despatched by DHL and appeared from the order it would be sent straight away.
No information was provided re any issues.
As no update I had to keep contacting Fjorna (the response was professional but no resolution).
Obviously the item had not been despatched as it was now going to be via Evri and Fjorna would keep me updated - this did not happen and I had to keep getting in contact with the same response.
There was appropriate time before Christmas for the hoody to arrive but it did not and disappointment for my son.

I bought an anti-theft shoulder bag, the delivery wasn’t very quick. But I am very pleased with my purchase.

Although they arrived on time adventually as i think i ordered them end of nove/or 1st week in dec? I am Disappointed to be honest they're not the earings I thought I ordered the ones i ordered where supposed to look like a brand name ones! This company they were cheaper so its why i got them, they are not huggie earings they're ones with post and back plus they arrived on a piece of card in a clear plastic pouch very cheap looking i mean if yous were selling dupes or what your actually shown on site should be make more of an effort and send them in nicer packaging or change the way their advertising on the site so disappointing 😞

Horrendous company ! Misleading customers believing you are getting genuine items and clearly you are not!!!!! Communication is equally terrible and the quality of the expensive items is diabolical

It’s a scam do not get caught out! Research the website!! None of the names individuals exist and the goods are cheap Chinese nothing like described. I don’t expect a refund alas!

Although delivery was slow received excellent service and my leather handbag is lovely

This company is operating as a European safe website but it is all Chinese products and defiantly a Chinese company that do not have a returns procedure in place unless they are happy that the goods are faulty and you have to pay your own shipping to CHINA !
The trainers I brought were TEMU FAKES And that says it all !
What I thought I was buying as a pair of men’s on clouds running shoes. Here is a list of issues

Absolutely disgusted with the trainers I ordered. Arrived in a black plastic bag, smell disgusting, quality awful, went straight in the bin. £65.99 down the drain, more fool me. Never again will I purchase from here.
