Picked up on time. Kept informed of progress. Reasonable charge. Returned on time in a beautiful package.
Highly recommended.

From the moment I spoke to fix my watch the service had been excellent. Having brought another watch and had delivered by DHL I felt my watch was safe and secure, plus insured in transit.
Communication, speed, price and service just great. I got my watch back 5 weeks quicker than I had been quoted by local jewellers and £80 cheaper.

Seamless service with no extra or hidden costs. I used this company as they said they could source Breitling parts. I thought i would get "the call" that said, oh, we've found some extra issues but it never came. Watch returned in lovely packaging and working perfectly. The only criticism is that the DHL service will not let you know a rough time when picking up or dropping off, meaning someone has to be in all day for 2 days.

I came across Fix My Watch through a colleague who had used them in the past. I was a little apprehensive as I had previously been told by a local jeweller that my watch was unrepairable. I was pleasantly and happily surprised when I was told the good news that Fix My Watch could fix it!! Great communication from start to finish, friendly and helpful staff and a very reasonably priced repair made my experience a 10/10. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using the company and I was a little concerned that their online information wouldn’t match their publicity. However, from dispatch to return of my watch, I received a first class service! This is an excellent company with highly professional and informative staff. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to others.

I sent my 30 year old Citizen Eco drive watch for repair after a reputable high street dealer said it was unrepairable.
The watch has a huge sentimental value to me. Fixmywatch had a look at it, fixed it and sent it back to me, packaged like it was a Rolex.

I have used this company twice now, takes about 4 weeks turnaround, communication not the best but the quality is good. Got my watch back today and looks like new and come back with a 2 year warranty. My watch looks like new .Total cost £235 but that included DHL collection and delivery , all new parts glass and strap repair and clean plus full service and battery.

Bad customer service in terms of updates, they have had my watch two weeks and I have no idea what’s happening. My watch is very expensive and it means a lot to me. Please be aware when sending your items, I did actually think it was scam at first !!!

I was really apprehensive using this company that I found online, after doing a lot of research I decided to go ahead. There was absolutely no need for me to be concerned, my watch (Breitling super Ocean) was picked up from home for a very small charge. I had a full service which included original Breitling parts if any were needed, polish and certificated warranty. Very good price, first class company, friends and family will definitely be using this company in the future. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased. The watch didn't work when I sent it so I expected extra charges for parts. Even tho some parts were replaced (which were returned with the watch) no extra charges. What pleased me the most is the honesty.
Also the DHL pickup and drop off were flawless

This company are fantastic,I rang and spoke to one of the lovely customer service staff who arranged for my watch to be collected, I was able to track the progress of the repairing of my beloved Tag watch and it’s just arrived back today looking like new ( it’s over 30 years old ) .
I cannot recommend them highly enough, also much cheaper and easier than sending it to Tag .

I didn’t check the reviews but can honestly say that I’m glad I used this company. It was done all online firstly by entering the make ( Seiko) and then that it’s a chronograph. I was given a price which I was happy with. The price included collection and re-delivery by DHL. My watch needed parts that had to be ordered so there was a slight delay. However my watch was returned in a velvet pouch securely packed in a box in a plastic bag. The watch looks absolutely like new. So pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending this company

After reading the positive reviews for this company I sent in my Seiko for a service. Up-front quote, great communication and easy to arrange courier. Watch was returned serviced and running like new again. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Never known a company so dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, the repair to my Kyboe watch was only £50 but they treated me like my watch was a high end brand. Absolutely fabulous company and can thoroughly recommend.
