1/2 the price & 1/4 the time v’s sending my watch to Tag for repair - very easy to deal with - price quoted up front - first class.

Received my watch today. Unbelievably impressed with the service and results. The polish was far better than I imagined, every scratch has been removed. The watch looks and feels brand new again. Love the presentation box it comes in.

Through all of the time it took from start to finish this company is excellent, they let you know by email every step of the way, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Did not get a notification when they received my watch as I had to phone up to check they had got it other than that a great service

Absolutely excellent. I was concerned with how reasonable the quote was for a new battery, seal and pressure test on my husbands Tissot. The company had a courier collect the watch from my home address, the work was completed and it was returned to me by courier within a week. Payment was only requested once they confirmed they had taken possession of the watch and prior to work starting. Extremely pleased. Many thanks. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased to have found these guys. It’s always a bit worrying sending your treasured watch off to who-knows-where, but my experience was great, and reassuring to have it collected as arranged (handed over to couriers after packing according to instructions) on the scheduled date and time. Contact was good, estimate received (with options) and watch service carried out as requested. My Cartier (Panthère) returned, sparkling clean with tightened bracelet, again on scheduled date and time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Oh, watch now keeps perfect time and price was great, too!

The service was, as always, exceptional. My Tag now keeps perfect time whereas it used to lose a minute or so each day, so thank you. My watch and strap also look like brand new. I will certainly return it to Fix my Watch for the next service.

My watch came back looking like new and time-set and shiny. The presentation, in a lovely velvet bag and tough card box was also really good touch. I was very impressed.

You also have a nice web site and it all looks really professional.

I love wearing the watch again now as it looks like new even though I originally got it in 1998, so it’s bit of a relic from the past.

You have a great company in this business and I hope you are able to pick up more like me with those old but lovely watches hanging about in their sock drawers. Maybe that could be a marketing message - search your sock drawer and reanimate your old friends. 😊

Overall I felt well looked after and confident in the service and my confidence was well founded.

Only comment in the negative, the process takes a longish time - approx 3-4 weeks, but not really a negative.

Of course when you are about to send off an expensive watch to an unknown company you check it out on Trustpilot. The pick up and delivery I received for servicing my Longines was excellent with impeccable customer service. Interestingly Longines were quoting me triple what I paid here.

As always a great service and very nice people to deal with. I took up the option for my TAG to have a “facelift” as well as the battery replacement and reseal. The watch looks really good; shame they can’t do the same for me ..

Brilliant. 1 week from collection to delivery of Tissot for battery replacement. Great price inclusive of collection/delivery. Lovely presentation on return. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Excellent.

The whole process from booking my watch in, to the communication about progress and prompt return was outstanding.

This was my second time using Fix My Watch, once for a new battery in my Breitling Aerospace and then for a complete service and new battery in my TAG Heuer Professional. On both occasions the service has been exemplary and the charges very reasonable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I sent my Breitling watch for a new battery and a clean, I was a little apprehensive at first as a courier was coming to collect, however I had no need to worry, it was a great service from beginning to end and it looks like new, I certainly will be using the service again.

Great fast service, kept me up to date along the way too which was much appreciated
