Had a cracked screen on my Apple Watch, the repair service offered was very easy to book. I had an issue with Royal Mail losing my parcel, and when my 24hr delivery showed up a week later they said they couldn’t deliver. I called fixmybrokenscreen and they were really understanding and super helpful. My broken watch was delivered later that afternoon and was repaired and returned within 2 days. Excellent service, the repair is like new, I highly recommend these guys to fix your cracked watch sceen and at almost half the price of other repair services, it’s a no brainer.

My Apple Ultra watch developed a couple of hair cracks on the screen- it was only two months old at the time. On checking, I found that Apple charge the most outrageous price of over £500 to have the screen repaired.

On looking around on line, I came across fixmybrokenscreen.co.uk . They were advertising a screen repair for a more a much more reasonable £199, with a very speedy collection and delivery service. I phoned them yesterday, and spoke to a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative of the store, to find check on how best I should send it down.

I was somewhat surprised when he asked me to take my watch off my wrist and pick at the edge of the screen. With a bit of picking, and his prompting, to my surprise I eventually managed to peel off what I found was a screensaver, which he told me is put onto Ultra watches by Apple. The screen below was in perfect condition.

Now- he could have told me to send the watch down to his shop, charged me £199 plus a new screensaver cost, and I would’ve been none the wiser. Due to his honesty and help, I ordered up a new screensaver with a total cost of £10 plus postage! He told me that they have had many Apple watches through the store with a similar cracked screensaver problem, replaced the screen saver and sent them back to (happy!) customers

I’ve used fixmybrokenscreen a few times now to replace the screen on my Apple Watch. The process is very easy and they are very efficient. I received my watch back after a day with a new screen and new battery. I’ve had a lot of shops say that they can only replace the entire LCD and screen together for a lot more money but fix my broken screen are able to just replace the glass. I will definitely use them again next time I drop my watch!

I sent two MacBooks to FixMyBrokenScreen:
First MacBook – They couldn’t repair it and promised a refund. It’s been over a month and I’ve still received nothing, despite follow-ups.

Second MacBook (M1 Air) – I sent this in with a perfectly working camera and a non-OEM screen with poor colour grading — not a cracked or damaged screen.
They falsely claimed there was “extensive damage” to the screen and said the camera must have been damaged at the same time as screen was — a complete fabrication.
After their screen replacement, the camera and ambient light sensor no longer work. Apple Diagnostics shows hardware faults (NDC001, ALS001, VFD001), and they now suggest I use an external webcam instead.

No accountability. No resolution. No refund.
Deeply untrustworthy — I’d avoid at all costs.
