Very Efficient Service!
Delighted that Fix Fitbits exists, rather than have to throw broken items away. My Fitbit Sense 2 suffered a smashed screen when it was dropped on a tile floor and Fix Fitbit expertly fitted a replacement LCD screen. My Sense 2 Smart watch was repaired very quickly, returned well packaged within a week, and is now as good as new! Great service and fairly priced.

Amazing service from "Fix Fitbits"
I was unsure about sending my fitbit off for repair but so glad I did! It was returned as good as new ( if not better!) within one week with a brand new face. Communication was superb throughout the process so 100% recommend this company!

Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. My watch had a cracked in the bottom corner of the screen. It has been working fine for at least 3 months. I sent my perfectly working Versa 4 watch for a screen replacement only to be told that my watch can’t be repaired due to faulty motherboard. They returned my watched with the screen replaced with a second hand screen. They did refund my £48.00
Replacing the screen was a waste of time as the watch is completely useless.

Thanks for your review, although I am a bit disappointed by it.
Your watch didn't work for us when we received it, as we couldn't get it to turn on. Once we used a new screen, the watch powered on but crashed & rebooted every time. Unfortunately we only repair screen issues on your model of watch so this repair was beyond what we could do for you. We were very transparent with how the repair went & we refunded your entire fee, including postage, so we lost money from this order.
As your screen was cracked before the repair, we weren't able to refit your original screen back onto your device so we fitted a working, non cracked, second hand screen onto your watch. We thought you could then have the watch repaired by somebody elsewhere and you wouldn't be out of pocket from your experience with us.
Hopefully you're able to find somebody who can complete the necessary repair for you.

Sent 2 Fitbit charge 2’s off for screen repair as both had terrible cracks but work perfectly well.
Came back and look like new so I’m very happy and means don’t have to buy a 3rd!

Great service. Needed a new screen for my Sense watch. Posted it on a Monday, got confirmation it could be repaired the next day. Screen replaced and took delivery on the Friday the same week. Looks like new.

Amazing job for my FITBIT Versa 3
The communication was efficient, the repair was quick, the screen looks brand new. I was really please with the work done on my Fitbit Versa3.
It's just a pity that we can't get the watch to be send to Europe only in UK that's why I put 4 stars.

Really attentive and great customer service. Unfortunately my watch wasn't fixable but they kept me updated, answered any questions and replied to my emails really quickly - and offered me a full refund when it transpired it couldn't be fixed. Definitely would recommend!
