Good communication from the start. Sent from the Isle of Man on Friday, got to Fix Fitbits by Monday morning; repaired with a new screen and on its way back by Wednesday evening. The slow part was the mail coming back. Now on charge and working as normal. Thank you.

Found this company on google as my Fitbit versa 2 screen unfortunately broke. Couldn’t fault Louis at all. Great service, very prompt replies and quick turnaround! Had to wait for a shipment of new screens but he more than compensated for this. Thanks again

Both the communication and repair service could not have been better.

Came across as pretty rude when I asked a simple question about a watch repair which they "offer" on their website. Attitude I got from them was what do you want us to do about ir pretty much. NOT impressed

The company tried to flag it as being defamatory......they failed. Obviously can't accept criticisim can they?

First time I have used this company and I was delighted with the repair of my screen.The Fitbit was returned quickly and looked good with every function working perfectly.I was impressed with the timely communications which kept me informed through out the process with quick responses to any questions I had.

Great service! Sent and received my Fitbit back with a new face within 5 days. battery doesn't seem to go down as fast either! Still counted my steps but was ideal as the face wouldn't turn back on and saved me buying a new Fitbit altogether.

Excellent repair of my Fitbit Sense 2 screen. Looks like new.
Only criticism would be length of time to send and receive with Royal Mail 48hr tracking. More like 72 hrs. Another option would be good.

My wife's Versa 3 watch is working again after she dropped it; all it needed was a new screen. Turnaround would have been quick and deserved 5 stars but the carrier let them down and made it almost a week overdue although that wouldnt stop me from using them again.

Apprehensive about sending my versa 2 as I tried to find somewhere local to fix the cracked screen, so I ordered a repair. However I forgot to make sure that , one the alarm was not on, nor switching it off. But all was fine, and it was returned fixed within a week. Thank you for a good and swift service.

Arrived back today, charged it up and then back on my wrist!
Amazing repair on screen missed it soooo much.
Amazing service from start to finish cannot thankyou guys enough.

I ordered a new charging lead mid afternoon Thursday. I had a notification to say it was in the post on Friday and it arrived today Saturday.
