We apologise the engineer arrived on the later part of the agreed arrival window, due to reasons beyond our control.
We understand the Yale power switch could not be added to the app at the time of fitting and the engineer on site had to show you how to add this later. We had this happen before and it does connect after a while. It could also be a faulty device, in which case, we suggest getting it replaced. Please do let us know if you require any further assistance with this and we will be happy to help.
Just had system fitted
Can't give FULL review at this point as just had system fitted. So my rating is for the installation and eqiupment installed only.
The engineer was very polite, efficient and tidy and fitted the system to MY specifications satisfactory. I wouldnt go for the mobile link service as the ratings for their App you require is very poor. The system which I purchased is sufficient for my needs which consisted of their standard pet friendly package £419 (inc fitting) and just needed to purchase 1x additional door contact and 1x fob at total additional cost of £70. NOTE the door contact only activates the alarm when door is opened does not respond to impact/vibration, is not a 'sensor'. I looked at a few Alarm Company's and found they were the most reasonable especially with their monthly charge which includes yearly service.....good result.

The second option you opted not to have installed did indeed have a smart phone app and we believe some of the reviews for the app for the system relates to when the app was released in the first instance, back in 2013. We can confirm the performance of the app has improved significantly and it is now one of the best smart phone apps in the market.
With regards to the shock detectors, unfortunately, Yale - the manufacturer does not make shock detectors for any of their alarms and hence cannot be added to the system you opted to have.

Bad start to an amazing finish... Thanks Josh!
I booked and paid a deposit for Fitted Home Alarms to come round and service my home alarm. I took the day off work to accommodate the appointment but was called on the day to be told the guy is off sick and they will need to re-book. I have to be honest, I was pretty annoyed and frustrated about this. Not a very good start at all and I didn't think they could turn me back in becoming a "happy customer" however thanks to Josh, who came round to service my alarm, this was soon forgotten and I was extremely happy with the service. Josh was professional, caring and knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to make sure my needs and extra requests were met. The guy is a legend. An asset to Fitted Home Alarms.
