Buyer Beware !!!!! Like others have experienced , this company has basically stolen my money . The Fitbit strap ordered for my daughter was stiff and didn’t fit easily so in good faith I returned it paying postage having emailed them 4 times with photo evidence of the faulty strap , return postage receipt and screen shot of bank balance initial payment . They have not responded despite my emails and it is now over a month .

Items arrived quickly but I’ve yet to open the packs as they are marked for a charge 5 not a charge 6 which is what I ordered. I appreciate these actually may be interchangeable, however I have both replied to the order email and raised a query through the website to ask this question, and weeks later, no one has come back to me. Very disappointing customer service,

I placed an order for 2 straps. But when I removed my old strap from my Fitbit the Fitbit broke. Once the new straps arrived, I didn’t open them up, I sent them straight back for a refund as I no longer needed them. I payed for recorded delivery and I haven’t received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and have not had any response.
Do not use this company!!!!
There is no way of contacting them and they are not to be trusted.

I ordered two straps and paid the money, but I have not received them yet, and it has been more than 15 days. I have emailed customer service several times, and there is no reply.

Sent the wrong strap (sent a strap for a Garmin Fenix 5 rather than a 6s). Have tried multiple times to organise an exchange, but they haven’t replied to any of my emails. Very disappointed and would recommend steering clear of this company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two straps one fit fine and that why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. However the other one doesn't work. I have sent them 3 emails using the two emails on their website, i sent the first 10 days ago now, but haven't heard back. I even contacted them on Instagram, but still no response. I can't return it until I get an email from them as that's the only way they allow returns. I will not use them again. They basically stole my money.

I purchased a Garmin Fenix 5 Strap on 01/04/25 and I am still awaiting my purchase.
I have since emailed on across several email addresses three times without response. I have also managed to find a mobile number linked to the business that rings out.
Accepting that I may have to wait for this product I am disappointed that after the purchase there has been no communications related to this or my requests for information.
Be wary before making purchases on this site.

I sent a strap which didn’t fit back to them and emailed to let them know. It’s been nearly two weeks now and haven’t heard anything.

Sent the wrong strap and NO Re Fund !..
Sent strap back signed delivery as well ,
No response from them at all.
Apart from all there promotions they do on there vast range of straps.
But no Garmin fenix for me 😆

Ordered a strap on 11th April and still no sign of it, despite chasing up twice via email. No response from the company and no refund. Awful customer service.

Ordered a replacement watch strap for my Garmin Approach S62. The strap arrived in the post a few days later and does the job!

No communication, no delivery, tracking number is not genuine.
I think this is a scam site!

I order a product on 1st April. I have not yet got it (30th April) . I have sent emails twice chasing delivery two weeks ago but have had no response.

All I want is my money back but no one at the company will talk to me.

Are they a real company?

Initial order never arrived and was replace with a new order 3 months later. Second attempts took 3 months to deliver. Way beyond acceptable

Website found online. Appeared legit and UK address, so placed order. Despite being given a tracking number, it is not trackable and order never arrived. I contacted their customer service email address (a Gmail address!) with no response.
The amounts involved may be small, however I believe this to be a scam site. I've looked for the address on Companies House and no mention of the Fitstraps company being based there. It also does not appear to be a registered company. I've reported the site to Action Fraud (police) and to the National Cyber Security Centre.

Item never arrived. No tracking link. No response to any customer queries. Avoid at all costs.

Scam site. Paid for strap, paid for expedited delivery. No sign of strap being delivered and no reply to several emails to customer service. Dony watse your time and don't give your money to these criminals.
