I bought a fitness bike in February which arrived in time but didn’t work. The minute we told the customer-care team we wanted to return the bike as it was clearly not working, all communication from the company stopped despite their website being clear that they would get back to customers within 48 hours. There is no phone number to ring and we have been left in complete limbo and with our money not returned. Absolutely livid, do not touch with a barge pole.

Just Ordered a Sunnto Watch on the website and was processed for payment. My Bank notified me that it had been processed immediately.

Then to be told straight away that the item was out of stock and to email fitness digital customer care as to when the watch will be back in stock.

Just checked the website again and the same watch is listed for sale not noted as out of stock. What are you playing at? How can you take payment for something that is not in stock and still currently list its as available. This is not customer service. Buyer beware,.

Ordered a treadmill from FitnessDigital . This was dispatched from Spain and delivered to Northern Ireland in 1 week. Communication from Fitness Digital was excellent, I was able to track shipment and item was delivered on the date that was initially indicated to me once order was processed.

Great price, good comms and delivery. Would use again

In response to the answer from Fitness Digital, that was not really an answer. In your communication with me, it was clear there was no powerblocks Dumbbells in stock at all, and the customer service rep stated, he didn't know if Fitness Digital were going to order these items again, so if a customer paid for them, you simply wouldn't receive them. Lovely. I asked if there were ANY powerblocks in stock, the agent replied no. Still these Powerblocks units are being offered for sale, with a discount, even though there is no stock and no real idea if these are ever going to be stocked again?? Thats unbelievable... and then one has to enter the long drawn out process of a refund with you, which I've read from other reviews, is not that simple or immediate. Great Customer service, I've never heard the like of it before!

I was initially a little nervous about using someone who was unknown to me at the time for my purchase, and given the great price for the product which was far cheaper than anyone else. But the experience was great the item was delivered quickly and is fab, really pleased with everything

I ordered the Polar M430 running watch and am extremely pleased with both the service and the product.
The order was processed promptly and item delivered on time, with no issues.
Price was the best I could find, and gave a chance in the company despite mixed reviews and have no regrets.

Bought a Garmin 645 music- best price on the internet, arrived the next day without any problems so very happy. I almost gave it a miss after reading mixed reviews about the company on here but the price was just a bit too good. One customer mentioned being upset that customer services told them to sort any issue with the device out with Garmin but I would say that's fair enough- if something goes wrong with my watch now I don't want to be dealing with some warehouse in spain(I live in the UK) I know from past experience Garmin are great with in warranty repairs/replacements.

I used FitnessDigital to buy two new Fitbit Ionic leather straps for my watch.
The items were delivered in 48 hours and were in their original Fitbox boxes new and sealed so I can not comment on any of the other feedback posted here regarding issues. Certainly a 4 star for this order seems fair, as having only used them once (and may use again - but dont know at this time) it would be unfair based on just that order to give them a 5 star!

Goods were delivered promptly and courier left in safe place as instructed.

I purchased a brand new garmin multi-sports watch in May 2017 and it broke 2 months later. I contacted fitness digital and they said I had a 2 year manufacturers warranty and to contact garmin themselves. When I was in contact with garmin they had told me the watch had been operating in December 2016, 5 months before I bought it!! It doesn't take a genius to work out I've been sold a refurbished watch for the price of a brand new one. I have emailed fitness digital everyday for the past fortnight trying to get some answers and they still haven't resolved the issue! They just keep dodging the questions.. They're customer service is the worst I have ever come across. Safe to say I will never buy from them again!!!

I am trying to return an item that my sister and I bought for our father for Father's Day. We ordered the wrong item which is entirely our fault but we are trying to sort it as soon as possible for our Father and there is no response from them. This is looking to be bad customer service and frustrating for us. We are really hoping to get this resolved as soon as we can! :-(

They sent an imcimpletw product, tried to get in touch with them, but so far there's no answer after 3 days. And the best part is that they don't have a contaxt phone number. Absolutly appalling.

Having searched for a Polar M400 as a gift for my wife, Fitness digital were the only company who had exactly what I was looking for....in blue with the accompanying HR monitor.

The price was a lot lower than other companies advertising the same product but being out of stock.

To top it off I received the item the following day and was kept in touch throughout the entire process with texts / emails regarding the status of the purchase / delivery.

I am incredibly happy with the experience and will certainly be using Fitness Digital for future purchases.

Hi i bought a jawbone up move which was delivered swiftly to be fair but was not working properly, I've sent a few emails now to customer care to return my product and dhl were to pick it up last Thursday.......I'm still waiting....I emailed Friday and advised there was no contact from dhl. I got no reply til Tues...I was asked when it would suit to pick up product.....I replied and here i am today with no further reply ....€40 out of pocket with a jawbone that does not work , would i honestly recommend fitnessdigital .....Well the clock is ticking and my patience is running out.....I just want a replacement at the very least or just bloody refund me and i can possibly get a similar product else where.....

You really need to not shop with this company unless you live in Spain . I bought a Marcy multigym and on unpacking found it to be damaged and distorted so it wouldn't fit together . I contacted Fitness digital who initially just ignored me . I sent them photos of the damage and still they ignored me . Finally after a few attempts to get a response from them they did actually reply and said a technician would be in touch . No technician got in touch surprisingly . Again I emailed them and again they said as a matter of urgency they would get a technician to contact me . Funnily enough nothing happened again . Now I know a multigym is a huge item to return but all I wanted was a replacement part . More fool me to think they value their customers. Finally I emailed them and wished them all a miserable life and hoped they go bust and all lose their jobs and funnily enough they replied with the same old nonsense regarding a technician . I've instead put a compensation claim in through my credit card and boy do I hope they manage to get the money back off them . Hopefully too they ll go bust and nobody else will be ripped off by Fitness digital because ultimately what they've done is steal my money as I'm left with a useless multigym . Screw you Fitness digital .

Update . All is sorted now finally . I just wish it hadn't been such hard work . They've arranged for a replacement part to be sent and it fits so I'm happy now thanks .

Two days ago (Sunday evening) I bought a new Polar FT4 from FitnessDigital. I had read some of the reviews on this site beforehand. This morning (Tuesday) it arrived safe and sound, via DHL 'signed for' and works perfectly. Impeccable service, quick delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thank you.

I feel compelled to write a review as the reviews on here are mostly negative. I decided to take a chance on FD, paying through PayPal (which gives good buyer protection) given the excellent price and free delivery (over £200).

I think they're great! I ordered a Tomtom GPS sports watch (for £40 less than on Amazon) last Wednesday night. It was with DHL and I had full tracking details on the Thursday afternoon. DHL unfortunately missed the estimated Friday delivery date but that's not FD's fault. I got it Monday.

A bit of bubble wrap would gave been nice - the corners of the box were a little scuffed. But otherwise a fantastic service at a fantastic price. Recommended.
