Hi Rebecca,
I'm happy you're satisfied with the delivery speed, the product is a one size fits all unfortunately and they cannot be bent as the sturdiness is necessary for it to work it's magic. I will take your feedback onboard for R&D though.
Thanks,
Jessica

Hi Jason,
We appreciate your support and glad you're enjoying your Fit-Tech products :)

I was sent items that I didn’t order and then got charged. When I complained.. They asked me to return the items for refund but they didn’t send me a return label. When I went to return the items the return mailing cost is more than the price I was charged. This is very frustrating. I will never order from Fit Tech again, and I will suggest the public don’t as well. This is a fraud and a scam so they can take your money.

Hi Tyler,
We are sorry to see this, we never received an email from you to say that it hadn't arrived, sometimes things get lost or misplaced, it isn't an ideal situation but unfortunately it is just one of those things. One of the team is going to reach out to you now to sort this out for you. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and I hope we can make this right for you.
Thanks,
Jessica

Hi Trevor,
We're sorry that you feel this way, our product is a one size fits all and we found that this size is what fits people best, we know that sometimes this may not work out perfect. I will pass this information on to R&D, you are also more than welcome to return your item if they do not fit. Send us an email and one of the team can get that arranged for you.
Thanks.

Hi Kevin,
Sorry to hear about the finger, glad our products can help alleviate some of the burden of this, PB's are on their way!
So so happy. Incredible quality.
I've shopped at loads of different stores for gym equipment and the service has always been shoddy. I've now shopped at Fit Tech several times and the service has been incredible. Not to mention the shipping time. Would highly recommend.

I was promised a discount in my first purchase. When I was about to pay, the discount voucher didn´t appear.
I wrote an email to the company and they solved the problem. So it has been a good experience.

Hi Eva,
We're sorry to hear you feel this way, I've just checked over your order and the discount you used totals to a 15% discount which is more than the email offered (10%) after your purchase. You actually used the better discount, the second discount would have got you less off your order total.
Thanks,
Jessica
