I purchased a pair of women’s Power…
I purchased a pair of women’s Power hooks from FIT - TECH a few weeks ago. The purchase was very easy to make and the company kept me updated with emails of my order. Communication is great, the quality of the hooks are excellent🙂
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Fit -Tech again.
The women’s Power Hooks are something I should have had months ago. As a 78 yr old, we have to look after our fingers. The power hooks make my hands feel safe and I’ve already increased my lift weight by 10kg and shall be increasing again soon. The hooks are a very valuable asset in my gym bag🙂

This product is exactly as advertised. I bought some for me and my wife, we both use them regularly when lifting heavy and they are great. Finally something I bought online was good. Would recommend to anyone lifting that grip limits them at all. These are perfect and comfortable

Love my new pink hooks
Love my new pink hooks, they’ve enabled me to lift heavier at the gym on various exercises which is great, they feel strong, stable and I would highly recommend them, I’ve passed on the link to multiple people who have asked where I got them, the smaller wrist strap is amazing! Love these!

We actually designed our Pink Power Hooks specifically for smaller hands and wrists because we couldn’t find anything else on the market that truly catered towards them. We had so many women telling us they loved the idea of lifting hooks, but traditional versions just felt far too big and uncomfortable.
So hearing feedback like this genuinely means a lot to us 🙌
Thank you again for the support and for recommending us to your friends 💪
My new favourite gym leggings
My new favourite gym leggings, I never thought I’d find anything better than adanola but I can honestly say the quality, fit and comfort levels on these leggings are just amazing. I always get comments on them, and find them so flattering. Also I’ve dressed the flares
Up and down which I love!!

So hearing comparisons like this honestly means the world to us 🙌

Great product with an informative and accurate webpage.e website gave a lot of helpful…
The website gave a lot of helpful information on the issues I was most concerned with. Most fitness companies are focused on the needs of younger consumers. I'm 76 and I work out and lift 3 days a week. I have lost a lot of grip strength that has caused me to lift lower weight than I want to. These hooks have helped this issue immensely. I was also thrilled to see that they accommodate wearing my fitness watch. All in all a great product that is worth the investment that I are making in myself.

One of the biggest reasons we created the Power Hooks was because we knew not everyone in the fitness industry was designing products with all lifters in mind. Hearing that they’ve helped you continue training hard and overcome grip limitations at 76 years old genuinely means a lot to us.
The fact you’re still training and investing in yourself 3 days a week is incredibly inspiring, and we’re honoured to play a small part in that journey 💪

Refund process is shocking.
Refund process is shocking.
Started a refund in Jan, 23rd of Feb and only just not an email to confirm..and the wrong item has been refunded and one missing.
So slow, no way to track and appears to be one person answering all the emails, i have had to chase constantly even for an address to send the items too. Wouldnt recommended using

Hi Amy,
We take feedback seriously, so I have completed a full review of your return and refund timeline to ensure complete accuracy.
Our warehouse received your return containing:
• 1x Core Sports Bra (Black, Medium)
• 1x Performance Comfort Tee (Dark Magenta, Medium)
Both of these items were processed and refunded in full on the same day they were received at our warehouse.
In your email to us, you stated:
“The item I am keeping is the one which has been refunded, the other two should be refunded.”
Based on this, we carefully reviewed the returned parcel. The two items listed above were the only products physically included in the package we received.
We also provided photographic evidence of the return as opened and logged by our team, clearly showing the exact contents received.
The Racer Back Tank was not included in the return, which is why it was not refunded and remains recorded as retained. The refund amount issued corresponds precisely to the items physically received and verified. For clarity, we did not deduct any return fees and the two items received were refunded in full.
The refund was processed on the day the return arrived and in line with our stated returns policy.
That said, we do acknowledge your feedback regarding communication and response times. While all of your emails were responded to and the refund was processed immediately upon receipt of the return, we recognise that the overall experience did not feel smooth from your perspective. We are actively reviewing ways to improve support turnaround times and clarity around returns to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.
If there is anything further you would like clarified, we remain happy to assist directly.
Kind regards,
George

These hooks are great
These hooks are great. I was frustrated that my legs and back felt they could take more weight with workouts but my grip was letting me down. I have really small hands so the smaller version is perfect 👌. I’ve noticed a massive difference since using them. I use them every work out now.

So many women told us their back and legs could lift more, but their grip (and standard-sized hooks) were holding them back. Hearing that the smaller fit is perfect for you and that you’ve noticed a massive difference is amazing.
The fact you’re using them every workout says it all 💪

I recently purchased the women’s Fit…
I recently purchased the women’s Fit Tech Hooks and Fit Tech ankle straps. I am really pleased with both purchases.
I have nothing to compare the ankle straps with as I’ve not used ankle straps before, but my experience of these are that they are strong, sturdy and extremely comfortable.
The Fit Tech Hooks are amazing, I previously owned an alternate brand with a thicker wrist strap which were too bulky and uncomfortable, these new fit tech ones are amazing, comfortable on the wrist, fit snuggly in the palm, straps feel extremely secure and I no longer have to remove my watch. Great products, great company, I would definitely purchase from here again!

Thank you so much for such a detailed review, this means a lot to us 💗
We specifically designed the Women’s Power Hooks to avoid the bulk and discomfort that many other brands have, so hearing that they’re comfortable on your wrist, fit perfectly in your palm, and feel secure is exactly what we hoped for.
And the fact you no longer have to remove your watch, that was an area we tried to accommodate when creating the Women's size so it's nice to hear you're benefitting from it!
We’re also really pleased you’re enjoying the ankle straps. We strive to offer the highest quality and strong, sturdy equipment so you can use them for years of training.
Thank you again for your support, we’re so glad you’re part of the Fit-Tech community, and we look forward to serving you again 💪

Pink Power Hooks
I ordered the pink power hooks took a little while to arrive but I ordered over the Christmas holiday.
I can honestly say there made such a difference. I was having issues with my arms when doing RDL. I have gone up 7.5kg in my RDL and my arms are not dead and I can feel the exercise in my glute again where is suppose to be. I could not recommend this enough I have try loads of lifting straps and these are the best.

Thank you so much for this amazing review 💗
Firstly, we really appreciate your patience over the Christmas period, that time of year can cause slight delays, but we’re actively working on improving our shipping routes so that in the near future parcels can be delivered within just a couple of days.
Now to the exciting part… +7.5kg on your RDLs is incredible! 🔥
This is exactly why we created the Power Hooks, so your arms aren’t the limiting factor and you can properly feel the movement where it’s supposed to be… in the glutes and hamstrings!
Hearing that you’ve tried loads of lifting straps and these are your favourite means a lot to us. Thanks so much for your support!
