Please don’t order here!! I had to wait for over 2 months before I received my order and when I finally received the package, it turned out that the pouches where already past the expiry date. After trying to contact the customer service I didn’t get any response. So be wise and don’t order here.

Hi, I keep getting sent the wrong items. I have been ordering Killa Dark Cherry 13.2mg, but I keep getting sent the 50mg pouches. I now have aprrox 40 packs of the 50mg which I can’t use and none of the normal ones!

My latest order had different packaging…
My latest order had different packaging (in danish I think). It doesn’t seem like the nicotine content is the same as my previous orders. I don’t really feel anything much apart from the flavour. My son is a regular consumer and thought the same thing. A bit disappointed. Sorry for the bad feedback.
There’s no expiry date, so maybe they were out of date.

Products can have different packaging depending on the production batch and the country of manufacturing.
The products contents are the exact same however there can be a small chance the items were faulty.

Hugely Disappointed
I Had placed an order on 19th December and its been 10 days and I have not received the order. The Web page says they have accepted the order and the royal mail website showing they are expecting the order. The expected delivery date was 23-27 December. I have contacted the given customer service email and told them my concerns along with screenshots of order and tracking history, but there is no response from their part. I have requested them for my products or requested them to please refund me. But there is no response to their part. I am so dissapointed with the customer service and it was my first order with first line pods. I still did not received my product nor a response from them. I believe I have lost my money.Hugely disappointed.
