Haha this is funny I purchased a bag paid for it and didn’t receive owner will not give my money back do not shop here

I've been waiting, and the order has not been delivered. Certainly a scam company.

Ordered and paid for a Yamaha jacket. I was assured that the item had been posted together with a false tracking number. When the tracking number wasn’t recognised I smelt a rat. I emailed this company on numerous occasions but never received an acknowledgement or reply. I contacted my bank and reported fraud. My bank reclaimed my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Firstgearmoto, they are crooks!

Never received my order. Was given multiple fake tracking numbers. Never received my refund after countless promises I would get it. When I asked for a phone number I got a weird number from Jamaica. Scaaaaaammm!!

I never received my gloves. When I asked on the chat service the (borderline rude) attendant gave me some tracking numbers - both numbers gave the same location somewhere in California even though 2 weeks had passed between the two enquiries. Clearly a scam.

I still haven’t received the stuff that I bought.
I have sent an email and still no reply.

I never got my package when I told them I wanted my money back they tried sending it again and I went to the wrong place for a second time. I’ve been emailing them for over a month to get a refund and no one has responded or gotten back to me. It is terrible

never received my order. they sent me about 10 tracking numbers that were never the ones from my order. when I tried to ask for a refund 3 months later, they stopped responding to my emails. I have no news since. my order dates from April 2019. Do not to order anything they are thieves

Don't buy from this site, the shop does not exist!
Friendly and kind until you pay the order, then they tease you until disappear
All the good reviews are fake, if you go to Trustpilot will find the real ones
So trust me even if you are desperate not to buy from this site, they are all gypsies

I have tried many time to get an update regarding my order #1438 from June, 7th 2019. I' ve recieved until today neither the ordered products nor anwsers about the status of my order.

AVOID THIS SITE !!!! Ordered two item in May. We are in September now and still has not items and no answers to my several emails. These people are THIEVES. Got in contact with my bank and the police to recover my money. Stay away!

Ate you having a laugh I ordered a helmet 3 months ago and still haven't received it and you want me to rate you ok tiur the biggest con men joke of a company

Have been waiting for my order for 3 months now! Still nothing. No reply to my emails as well. Contacted my bank to get the money back via police. Waste of time and money!!!

I ordered a t shirt back in May it has never been dispatched
I have emailed them over 12 times only one reply saying they will dispatch it still not arrived and no reply to emails
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS

Ordered an item 3 months ago and it still has not arrived. Contacted customer service and have not heard anything. This site is a scam! Stay away!

Tried five times to send my helment to me in ga ,went to Miami Florida all five times ,then wouldn’t respond to me to get refund had to go through my credit card company .I would stay away

Never received my item. Person I talked to said he was going to help track it down but never got back to me. No longer doing business with this company. I advise others to do the same.

I bought a $100 backpack, and after 3 different wrong tracking numbers, I still never received my backpack.

There are numerous reviews about this company taking peoples orders and money and not supplying the good! BE WARNED!

When you chase them for your order they provide fake track and trace numbers and after a lot of harassment advise you that they have refunded your money when they haven't!

BE WARNED order from a reputable business such as Revzilla etc.

I never become my order. I have payed for it. Im very angry
