I placed an order back on the 3rd June 2020, then I received an email saying it was delivered ! ( to a US ) address ! I live in Australia, Then they said it was resent to me !! The next message said it had arrived at the destination post office !, after days of calls I was advised that I had been provided with a ( False Tracking Number )
To date being the ( 15/10/20 ) and A lot of negative feedback directly from the company on ( Messenger chat ) it seems they don't give a stuff !!
I have now launched legal action against the company for the recovery of my payment through my bank & PayPAL .
DO Not Buy From This Site.

Terrible service from this company. Despite paying for my jacket on 1st May 2019. I have not received anything. Contacted them 2 weeks ago and was told I'd get a tracking number, nothing came. Contacted them again with no response. They have £79 of my money and I'm having to take this up with the credit card company. I'm disgusted with their treatment of me.

UPDATE... I received a "tracking number" which said it would be delivered by last Monday but surprise surprise nothing arrived. Read other reviews on this company and USPS, very elaborate con artists. I've now been refunded by my card company. There are some horrible people out there, be careful.

I made an order on December 29th. I received an e-mail that my order was received. It said I would receive an e-mail when my order was shipped. I NEVER received a 2nd e-mail OR my order. I sent Firstgearmoto several e-mails, no reply. Terrible! I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge, they delayed and delayed. It isn't resolved. I would NEVER order again.

Scum bag company took my money showed tracking as if they were shipping the item to me when they just sent it to them selves there is no phone number, email address or any contact information to reach them. Been reported to bbb I’m not done with them yet

This is a fake company ran by scam artist who will take your money only to purchuse stuff for themselves and then scam other people using your name and address. I called and emailed the FBI of cyber crime and then the same the US Postal Investigation. This website has been offically red flagged as a fake. Do not attempt to buy anything from them. You WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY and also have your information stolen. If it wasn't for PayPal and also the fact I gathered all the proof that this company if a fake I would have lost out about $200. Thankfully, PayPal took my side of the case and I got my money back. PayPal later flagged this company as a fake as well.

Not possible to get anything from this shop. No person of contact. No fulfillment of orders. No refund. A business transaction requires an exchange. In this transaction, you gave your money and they give you nothing in return. This isn't a business. It's a hoax. It's sickening and makes me lose faith in the person sitting behind this website. I thought you were better. But you dont care. You dont read these probably. And all of us have wasted our time and money and were made fools by you. Shame on you, Odain Sheppard. And shame on us for trusting you in the first place.

I haven't received the item I purchased more than 8 weeks ago, no one responded to my enquiries via email or on your website and there was a complete lack of follow up. Very poor service, would not recommend you to anyone.

How is this site still available to shop on with everyone having the same bad experience? It’s clearly a scam. Ordered gloves and never received them. Bank had to give me my money back.

Took my money but didn't receive any items sent multiple emails and Facebook messages through different media platforms and no response. Will be contacting my bank to get a refund as first gear moto is yet to respond from a purchase 3 months ago
