Awesome gift idea for young firemen/emt's
Purchased a 3 month T shirt club as a gift for a guy in EMT school (going into the fire academy next). The recipient thought it was awesome and the first shirt that arrived was great quality. It came with a note about the firehouse, too. Super cool idea for gifts!

Christmas gift.
I bought the 12 shirt gift package for my husband for Christmas. All was well until he went to redeem his “gift”. You end up getting a normal subscription and pay a ton in shipping which results in not in fact, getting 12 shirts. The description states shipping is calculated at check out so I expected my husband to be able to get 12 shirts and assumed the 525 walk 12 shirts and shipping since it is advised as such.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We apologize for the frustration this caused, and we understand why this was disappointing.
The issue here was related to international shipping. The 12-shirt gift package includes shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, but international shipping costs are not included and are calculated at checkout, which can significantly increase the total. Unfortunately, our system does not currently allow us to bundle international shipping into gift memberships.
Once this was brought to our attention, we offered a few options, including spacing shipments out to reduce shipping costs or issuing a refund. A refund was processed per your request.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue working to make our gift descriptions as clear as possible going forward.

Sent the wrong size for a Christmas gift. Very disappointing. I can’t even find a way to see my original order after the person confirmed their gift and no way to contact anyone. Frustrating.

The gift recipient did reach out to us and we found that the incorrect size was selected during the gift redemption process. To make it right, we let them keep the original shirt to pass along to a friend and sent out a replacement in the correct size. If there’s anything else we can help with, we’re always happy to assist via email.

Fit Perfectly
My son loves each of the shirts he's gotten from the Firehouse Shirt Club. He's 6ft and other shirts tend to shrink and then they're to short. All his Firehouse shirts fit perfectly. They are great quality shirts.

I’ve been a member of the Firehouse Shirt Club for years and I’ve really enjoyed the shirts. I often get questioned where I get them from. I really wish they offered the premium shirts in tall. Sometimes the shirts can be a little short on me and that’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars.
