Long-term customer management is great. There was one mixup order and they made sure it was taken care of and sent out the right shirt overnight express which obviously isn't she if you need phone support they always will call you back. I've been using them for over five years, the qualities has only gotten better. I honestly can say I enjoy waiting for my package every month from them. Also, the price is not changed and it's a huge reason why I'm with them. The quality is great. The customer service is great these shirts best you an extreme extremely long time. Great company! When I received my first shirt, it was a small and I needed an XL. Most likely my own fault but they sent out a new one and even told me to share the other with a friend so now I’m thrilled and so is my girlfriend! Great that there is a customer focused company still doing business!

I think this is one of the best clubs to belong too! My husband gets a brand new fire t-shirt every month. He anticipates what the next shirt and logo will be. Being in the fire department ourselves, makes this a fun and engaging club to belong to because it creates great conversations with other firefighters and it is something to look forward to every month! We highly recommend this club to anyone who wants really cool t-shirts!
