I can’t figure out how to enter things
I can’t figure out how to enter things. I frequently use my cellphone and I obviously started with myself, tried to enter my dad and mom, but it put my mom and also entered her as my grandma as well as my grandpa (I didn’t even type her name in either spot). I am NOT going to be able to use my account very often because that kind of thing pisses me off and I’ll just use my Family Search and Ancestry accounts which will be enough for me. Thanks, but no thanks for what you do. Your programming stinks (putting it mildly).

If you have ancestry don't waste your time
It's a bit more user friendly to create the family tree than other sites and records are easy to search, but, didn't find anything different than all the other sites we are forced to pay for just to learn about where we come from.

Would like to be able to add person's maiden, married: and mother father grandparents siblings children spouse, s grandchildren so one to make it easier to find actually relative would like links to other sights like roots ,ancestry, find my past, find a grave, news papers not be something you have to completely leave the page to look up maybe at extras , window for it helpful to have translator button incorporated

I have been able to increase my family…
I have been able to increase my family tree through new generations of family. Some family mysteries have been solved with Newspapers. I do wish you could print your tree and sometimes I find it difficult to delete a specific profile fact.

Viewing documents requires a commitment
Apparently in order to view any "found" documents, one must sign up for the free 7 day trial subscription, which of course, eventually becomes a subscription. It was not clear that viewing the documents was going to require a commitment.

You really can’t do much to test and…
You really can’t do much to test and see if you like it without signing up with credit card payment. That means if you find it’s not for you then you have to go through all the hassle of physically going in and cancelling the free trial period. It would be better if you could do a bit more and check how their search function works etc before signing up. All you can do without giving credit card details is load your own info on what you already have. I have no idea if it helps you find additional family members as I was not prepared to go to all the trouble of signing up just to see if the search function works or how well it works. Other sites allow you to test their app more extensively without paying or promising to pay by giving credit card info.
Edit: I had a problem with the subscription, which was handled quickly and efficiently and my refund processed painlessly. The product may not be what I need right now, but I am impressed with their fairness, efficiency and professionalism. Thank you to Customer Support

Something changed.
Something changed, I don't know if it's user error or a new update on Findmypast. I usually link over from my FamilySearch account and the link did not take me to the list of sources that I am used to seeing. I am not as knowlegeable in using Findmypast. I like having the opportunity to review what the search engine will find for me. I wish there was a training from Findmypast on how to use their website. I've just learned on my own or from others and I'm sure I do not use it to it's full potential.
