Don’t buy, they are scammers
I made a purchase on August 4, 2024x, spending 354 euros. Today December 23 2024, I didn’t yet received my pack. I wrote many mails and they always told me that it would arrive, but it was never sent. They are scammers. Don’t trust of them. I have all the emails.
Never ships items
They set a specific ship date and it’s been almost a month and a half now with no shipping. They give generic responses saying that in 2 weeks there will be shipment. They also try to guilt you by saying they’re a family who works on this and tries to give you a sad story. They lack accountability and integrity. I highly suggest you do not order from this brand. The item I got was a preorder with “limited stock” but like I said, did not ship at all. Also, no stock was available to begin with. Do not fall for their stories or their sales. They shouldn’t be running them if they can’t meet customer demands. Or if the product does not exist to begin with. Huge scam
Update: in response to their stupid response, this had a November 15th ship date. They also gaslit me into this being my fault because I ordered a preorder item and said “the only people who are upset with them are the preorders.” Maybe ship your items when you say and people wouldn’t be mad?? I also think I only got my refund because I disputed the charge with my bank. PLEASE DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK IF THEYRE GHOSTING YOU!! They’re a disgusting business. They also delete comments from their instagram posts of people trying to ask them about their late orders

I will never order from Fillyboo again.
I had a truly disappointing experience with Fillyboo. I placed an order back in early August, and finally received it a few days ago (late November). Throughout this time, the expected shipment dates constantly moved. Constant excuses from staff saying it’ll be posted in the next few days, which never happened.
I have missed the event I wanted to use the skirt for - in October I emailed mentioning I had an event in November that I was wanting to wear the item for. Again, they said the item would be shipped in a few days. NOTHING! I had to purchase another skirt from a different store for my event. The lack of transparency has been the most frustrating part - if the company had taken the time to communicate openly about the reasons behind the delays and were forthcoming with these issues, it might have been less infuriating. At least offer customers the opportunity to cancel and refund when they’ve been waiting 4 months!!
My most recent interaction with them was while I was still waiting for my purchase to arrive. I emailed asking for a refund. They then offered me a store credit to use as compensation while I wait for my item. They said my item would arrive within the next few weeks. I declined and asked for a refund. The next day my skirt randomly arrived.. it seems they have no idea what orders are shipping out!!
I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or professionalism in their shopping experience. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!!!!
While I have received my skirt, I have gone ahead and sold it online as I don’t want to wear the item. The experience has soured everything.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers item was returned and they told my bank it wasn’t when I have proof it was delivered 6 day after I sent it away. The product was not what I ordered either

Their items are beyond great quality, plus their customer service is fast and quick. They even helped me refund and cancel a great order right before posting...BUYERS ❤️❤️❤️❤️trust me fillyboo-au is the best company ever...Their garments are stunning the workmanship is sensational...thank you.

SCAM! Horrible experience and company! Pretty much same as everyone here! They constantly have an excuse as to why they haven’t delivered my order! They also created a fake delivery number on DHL (of course the order was never submitted to DHL, I was checking on a daily basis). It’s always something new… Also, I saw that they delete immediately anyone’s post on instagram that says anything negative against them or they restrict their accounts so no one else can see their comments! Shoppers beware!!

This company is terrible, I ordered a dress in early September for my wedding in December and, still no dress in the beginning of November, they eventually sent me a replacement dress that is the same style but different colour to the one I ordered and said they will send my one out that I ordered straight away as soon as it arrives. There was always a reason to why the dress wasn’t here, I put it on and the buttons started coming off!!! I don’t recommend this company at all!!! Think before you purchase. I do like my replacement dress but was in love with my first dress If they don’t have it in stock it should Not be on their website, they also blamed the delay on the shipping from Bali!!! Very sad as their dresses are beautiful but will not be ordering from Fillyboo again!!

Update and happy ending - Misleading business practices and unfulfilled promises
UPDATE: Fillyboo's founder and owner contacted me and apologised profusely. They have now sent the dress, which is gorgeous and fits well. They took pains to explain why there were delays and I do accept that certain things were beyond their control - no business owner would wish to have angry customers if they could help it. It would have been helpful if they temper their customers' expectations with respect to delivery lead-times. However, it is not so much the "mistake" or "unexpected outcome" that defines one's experience with a business, but it is how the business addresses the problem. I appreciate Fillyboo trying to make things right. Their clothes look lovely too.
ORIGINAL POST: I placed an order for a dress costing £245 on 12 September. I am positive that when I placed the order, there was no notification that it would be on back order. I simply would not have ordered it if the website had shown that it was not in stock. I bypassed another dress (which was my preference) precisely because it was shown to be a pre-order. I placed an order for a dress that was NOT shown to be on back-order as a birthday present so had trusted that you would ship it within a week or two. Fillyboo's explanation was that I was viewing a cached page which was why I didn't see the item as a pre-order. How so?
Upon placing the order, I received the order confirmation and the message was that you were preparing the order for shipment. No notification of delays. A few days later, when I clicked the "View Order" button, there was no update but a message ""A problem repeatedly occur with [shopify link]...."
I now believe that the error message was not a glitch but is consistent with a troubling business model - taking orders and payments with no fulfillment plans.
When I emailed on 24 Sept to ask, Sammy replied and said it would be shipped in a two-week window from 30 Sept. I emailed on 14 Oct (after the two-week window) to ask where the order was and Elle responded and evaded the question.
On 18 Oct, I received an email to say that the item would start shipping on 23 Oct. Today is 30 Oct and there is no update and the item is still nowhere to be seen.
This is disingenuous and unethical business practice. Many ethical businesses do not charge the customers until the goods have been delivered. And all ethical businesses keep their customers updated and do not keep them chasing moving targets. Most businesses would offer refunds in good faith should there be an issue with order fulfillment within a reasonable time.

Ordered in August. Now October and still no dress! It cost over £400 and I am gutted they can treat people like this and sleep at night!! Dispute is now with my bank. Very deceiving when you see high end advert. Don’t be fooled. SCAM!

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 dress. The first was a different pattern than advertise. The 2nd they sent me an XL skirt and a child size top. None of the measurements are accurate. It took 3 months to come. My bank has been contacted and is very upset that they falsely advertise the dimensions but deliberately sent a different size. There were no fancy tassles or hem on the top ans in the picture either and the dim were 3-4 inches different from advertised There is zero quality control and I paid major $$$$s. My bank says do not shop here as they are not honest sellers. I am contacting the BBB in Australia, US and Canada for false advertising and many other reasons. Response of fillyboo The description on the website was not informed to me when I ordered I have screen shot. They changed the description after I received the items . This is false advertising to the individuals that ordered when the description was not changed or updated photos. Sending a skirt that is 36 inches wide when you order an xs is false advertising. I also had to pay to return the item fillyboo did not credit me.

Orders are massively delayed
Orders are massively delayed, information on shipping dates they give is false. Do not recommend this store. Most respectable companies dispatch orders within a week or max two, not few months like fillyboo.

BEWARE - SCAM
BEWARE! Company issues/generates tracking numbers claiming they have fulfilled the order despite not having any stock on hand of products ordered.
Upon questioning the shipping delays the company will stop responding to emails and leave you in the dark.
Absolute scam and atrocious customer service for being a “high end” boutique.

Hello! this site is deceiving! First they write that the thing is in production, then they send false track numbers. Allegedly sent goods that are returned to them in a day! This is the third month! on overgrowth to return the money, they answered in a rude manner, do not write to them again! Beware! For my part, an application has been submitted to the appropriate authorities!
