I came to fields in Dundrum twice recently, first to get some jewellery for myself, then to get some bracelets for my friends. I found the staff very helpful and friendly both times.
I often go here to get presents and have never had a bad experience, great quality jewellery and they have a lot of options for different budgets.

I bought a ring for my sister for a big birthday they didn't have the size i need but told me there would not be a problem to bring back the size i bought fir the correct size when my sister took it back with the gift receipt she was told they don't do rings in her size the lady that served her was very rude needs to get retrained in customer service when I bought the ring I was not told they don't give refunds only gift vouchers would nit recommend fields in the Crescent shopping centre Dooradoyle

The staff were lovely, nothing to do with them. The issue is the necklace I brought to get fixed, it was the second time I had to bring it as it snapped again after only wearing it once. They charge you to fix it everytime even though they already know that it is not fit for purpose.

I recently purchased two confirmation necklaces for my twin nieces and the whole experience was probably the best I’ve had when ordering online. They arrived so fast and from when I ordered and they were of excellent quality and packaged perfectly and the little extra little bags and crepe paper that came with the necklaces were so beautiful and beyond expectation. It was my first order with them but I will definitely be using them again. Wonderful all round experience and would highly recommended to buy from.

I dropped into Fields store in Blanchardstown and I was helped by Andrew .He was very polite and professional and could not help me enough regarding my issue.He is a very pleasant individual and would hope to deal with him anytime I return to Blanchardstown .
