I was recommended by my mechanic to buy my parts here, plus if you spend over $49 your shipping is free, My Order was $250, the Free shipping is done by the worst shipping company out there with terrible reviews for delivery service, I guess free means Crap service,This free delivery service has a long history of poor service why FCP Continues to use them is beyond me.. Follow up with FCP was equally as bad with no follow up, I had to call again as no answer the next day and the promise to ship out last night by fedex no tracking number came as promised.. told FCP if order isn’t on my doorstep as the delivery service said tonight I’m calling for a refund … A really Bad experience for a first time customer and my last time,
Update Specified Delivery was the 14th from the carrier, according to the tracking and the tracking never Updated, Delivery arrived on the 16th the driver said it arrived from in Texas that day, parts came from the Arizona location … this shopper that FCP Euro uses has a bad Reputation for customer service and tracking issues like I had experienced, I don’t understand how FCP Continues to use this poor service provider, Plus follow thru with FCP WAS EQUALLY POOR

Atrocious packaging. FCP Euro has a great selection of parts and they did ship what I ordered but they did a rotten job putting things in the box. A $1000 part with a flimsy box was thrown into a big box full of oil and antifreeze, and now it may be damaged. A $150 delicate actuator has a crushed box. Oil filter just thrown in the box to be crushed by oil boxes. If you order anything from these characters, I suggest placing two orders -- one for the delicate things, then after that ships, order again the heavy items. Embarrassing for them.

Every time I've dealt with them they are GREAT! I had a part that was leaking on my Audi and it was at their 30 day cutoff- Not only did they honor the warranty claim, they Fed-Ex'd a replacement part to me overnight. Previously I've called them to check part fitment. they checked fitment via my VIN and they sent me a parts diagrams to ensure we had the right item while I was on the phone with them, then they dropped it my account-all I had to do was say Okay. This is how a business should be run! Yes I'm raving-because every interaction has been spectacular!!
When I paid for my parts they gave me a delivery date. When I called on that delivery date I was assured I would have the part that day. That never happened. When I contacted them the next day the manager lied to me and told me my part was out for delivery today. USPS tracking says otherwise. I have been lied to multiple times by this company.

Very Rude Employee..they talk down to you..and never connect on a friendly level. Especially this place SUCKS !! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE..STAY FAR AWAY. THEY NEVER ADDRESS THIER PROBLEMS..And THEY always blame the customers.
This is the second time in less than a year that FCP Euro has sent me the wrong parts. This time, I’m returning rear rotors that weigh nearly 45 lbs., which means I have to take the box to FedEx office so I get my money back for the wrong parts they sent me. In addition, I had to pay extra $120 for the correct parts from a local warehouse. I keep hearing that I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping the wrong parts back, yet they found it as a “favor” to me, and I had to pay for shipping for their mistake.
When speaking to sales / customer service team members, they always mention that the conversation is being recorded for quality purposes. I’m left wondering who actually listens to these conversations, and if they do, what actions are taken as a result.
Overall, it’s been a horrible experience, and I’ve had enough. One thing is certain: I will no longer be ordering parts from FCP Euro, especially considering I own 3 German cars. Hopefully, someone who cares about customers will read these reviews and do something for the remaining customers.

Don't buy parts from f c p. Even though you ordered the right part , you will get a wrong part and then have to pay for the return shipment. I bought a part for a total of twenty six dollars , That was delivered wrong part and the return fee for shipment was $18. That's outrageous and wrong. Last time I bought something from them.

EU customers beware.
Checkout clearly showed Tax: €0.00, giving the impression that no additional charges would apply. After delivery, I was charged 21% VAT + import fees by FedEx.
The website is not clear for EU customers, and customer support stopped responding outside PayPal. Lack of transparency makes it hard to trust this company for international shipments.

I bought rear shock absorbers for a 2013 Volvo XC70 from FCP Euro for $214. I selected the model number for my car, and they shipped them to me. The only problem was that delivery was 2-3 days late, so I had to remove my shock absorbers from the car and reinstall them. After assembling the shock absorbers from FCP Euro, I realized they didn't fit. I took photos, put them back in the packaging, and tried to send them back. When they shipped them, they told me I had to pay for the return shipping and that I had to pay $64. But okay, I accepted it and sent them back. A week later, while they were accepting the shock absorbers, they only refunded me $81 and $113 in store credit. I don't need their store credit. Besides, $113 + $81 = $194. And I paid $214. Where's my money? Isn't this a scam? Where's my compensation for having to put my shock absorbers back in because of you? It's a waste of time.
After all, you sent me shock absorbers that don't fit my car.
Don't deal with this shop, you'll regret it!

I don't know how it's possible that FCPEuro only has 4.2 stars and one of the most horrific car parts store out there that starts with P........com has 4.3. I've been to the CT location, have talked to their customer service, they are almost like Amazon except they are car people. I loved watching their F30 timing chain rebuild on YouTube. I have ordered lots of parts for my beloved E46. After Bavarian Autosport went out of business, it was quite sad for a long time but FCP Euro has really stepped it up. Their lifetime warranty is insane, I try not to use it but I have returned a hose and a bottle of coolant and they took it without batting an eyelash. I used to order some parts from the dealer but now I don't bother... I just get everything through FCP. Thank you FCP Euro, if you weren't around we'd be totally totally hosed. May you stay in business forever.
I ordered OEM parts here for headlight seals because mine are disintegrating. Parts were fine except they don’t fit because whoever I got this vehicle from used aftermarket headlights so they won’t fit. They looked so close that I thought they were OEM headlights. Sure, I guess that’s my fault. But when it comes to returning the part they won’t accept return for one of the seals because I had opened the package. But they make me pay shipping to send it back when I paid shipping to have it get sent out to me. It costs a minimum of $20 through Shippo, and without Shippo the cheapest of all carriers was $40 to ship it back to them. One of the returnable parts is $14. You’re literally losing money doing business with these people, if you have a part that doesn’t fit (but thought would fit and verified that it is a match) because some jerk put in an aftermarket part, you’re being punished for it. So I’m out $30 and these are going to sit and collect dust until my headlights need replacing. Never purchasing from these guys again.

I ordered a power steering reservoir for my Land Rover LR2. The order was placed online. At no time were there any flags about fitment or multiple parts possible for this production year or a request for a vin. The part arrived. I removed the old reservoir brought over the new part - it was about 20% larger than the factory part and unfortunately so were the outlet tubes …much larger than the hoses to the power steering pump. I contacted FCP - they said I should have called and spoken to one of their parts specialist before ordering. They could have used my vin to order the correct part. My first issue - no where did I see on their online site such a recommendation nor was a red flag raised when I placed the order that there may be an issue. Then, I called Land Rover - their parts person said that for the 2010 model year there was only ONE reservoir, part LR000578, used for all LR2 models. I have FCP’s part - my car is apart - FCP does not have the tank I need and said they would refund me when they received the part returned. No mention of compensating me for freight or the $20 of power steering fluid wasted on this project. I trust Land Rover - I don’t trust these folks - they either mis-picked or mis-catelogued the part and rather than provide honest customer service they play a blame game and stick it to their customers with falsehoods. Can’t trust them - I have given them multiple opportunities to address my questions and issues - they don’t respond - they talk in hyberbolies and flip the blame on the customer.

I'm updating my review since Kevin from FCP reached out and was able to track everything down and come up with a solution in less than 12hrs. I just wish this had happened when I first contacted their customer support. I understand there are protocols to follow, but when special cases occur, they should be escalated with a higher priority than regular issues. I didn't go with 5 stars because my schedule is still messed up, but I am glad they did do their best to help out.

Tried to talk with support for 4 days now, after I saw the shipping does not move. Order over $600 that is lost, and they keep passing me from one department to another like it's my fault. I had the car scheduled in for the work, now I lost that spot as well. I do not recommend buying from this company. Seems very unprofessional and customer support isn't really supporting the user.

IMO, FCP is the Amazon of auto parts.
I would say it is ok, but not 100% OEM, as go ahead and read what OEM means to them vs. what the customer thinks it is.
Many of their parts can be purchased at a much cheaper price on other sites that do promise lifetime warranty, like ECS Tuning for example.
Must add I purchased a timing kit, ended returning it as the chain was not the upgraded version, like why would you even sell items that have already been revised?
This is so true, most of the staff, have no idea of what is what followed by company policies and procedures randomly generated for excuses.
Don't think just because you are buying from them it is genuine or close to exist as...

Alejandro from FCP EURO, You should inform yourself better about the whole case so you can stop inventing that the parts were used. Both the radiator and the hose were sent incorrectly by your company. And honestly, it’s absurd that you claim the parts were damaged or used when they weren’t even compatible with my vehicle. How do you expect me to install incorrect parts that you sent and that don’t even fit?
We do not want any store credit nor do we want to continue doing business with you. You have tried to make us look like dishonest people, and everything you’ve said about the returns is completely false. Also, we never received back the radiator that you claim you returned to us.
Until we receive a full refund for both the radiator and the hose, and until you stop stealing money from customers, I will continue filing formal complaints everywhere necessary. I am tired of you trying to justify keeping the money by inventing damages that never existed. You know very well that the parts were returned in good condition.
We want our money back, period.
Because of these liars that I can call assholes definitely. I lost my job and got stuck for 5 days with drained transmission. I paid for express delivery and choose them because of that service because I needed that part as soon as possible and today I supposed to receive it but I just discovered that tracking just updated and I have to wait another 3 days because this cheap liars use the cheapest service with tracking which showed nothing 2 days in case when I paid extra to get it fast. After a 2 hour phone calls they got rid of me because business day is over we can't handle your call anymore that's what they done! I don't need the refund I already lost a lot of money and my job because of this guys don't buy from them they are cheap dropshippers they don't own any inventory they don't control anything!! Ontrac.com did anyone heard about this they using this cheap service as express service this is ridiculous. In fact $30 item cost me over $3,000 and my job. Not recombinant at all I believe other marketplaces never let them to sell on their place because they don't know how to operate this is insane I can go get groceries I got stuck for 5 days in case when I choose express delivery and this I even can call a service or website this is something new! So after this if someone decides to buy something from them good luck you will be lied about estimated delivery time you will be stuck and spend a lot of more money! Go get your parts from eBay or other marketplaces these guys are super cheap and have no respect to their customers! I will make sure to leave this review everywhere just to feel that I paid something back because they ruined all my plans and I lost my job cuz for my job I need this particular car know any other car! Again save your time and buy your stuff from somewhere else. If you just looking for a problems that's the best place otherwise stay away from them!
