I placed an online order and received my parts but one item was incorrect. They have been no help and are requesting that I pay for shipping from Sydney Australia back to the US for something which is not my fault. The shipping cost will be more than the part so have no option. Not happy at all as they should be responsible for fixing their mistakes.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They sell sockets for spark plugs ordered from their website and say they “have no way to tell if they would fit”, aren’t they the experts?!? The attitude when I called and requested not a refund but the CORRECT part was more like, “not my problem - go to your local hardware store for trial and error”. The problem with treating the customer with contempt and hoping that they will leave you alone is that ultimately you’ll get your wish and they will. Good luck - will never order from again.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience.
They lie to customers and show zero accountability. My package was never scanned by USPS — the tracking number clearly shows no movement — yet they falsely claimed USPS had already picked it up. That’s simply not true; the package is still sitting in their warehouse.
When I called this morning to resolve the issue, the customer service rep was dismissive and clearly didn’t care. Their building isn’t large — she could’ve easily checked or asked someone — but instead, she chose not to help at all.
I will never order from this place again. If you care about honesty, basic customer support, or simply receiving your package, stay far away.

I would take responsibility for it if I were at fault, but I was clearly not.
I have shared my negative experience with all the members of the Mercedes-Benz Club of Queensland, and they are well aware of your shortsightedness and stinginess.

I see some reviews about bad shipping times, but i have never had a better shipping experience with any company. Ordered on Friday and arrived from California to Norway on Monday. Very pleasant and easy ordering experience with pelican parts. Can definitely recommend
Shipping dates = lies
Their ship dates, and arrival dates are always lies. Expect 3-4 days longer than what they tell you when you place an order.
Once I ordered a pair of brake rotors from them, and they sent only one despite huge, bright pink text on the packaging from the manufacturer saying "sold as a pair".
Prices aren't the best around, but usually they're not completely crazy.

I had been a happy customer up until this week, although their order fills and shipping dates have always been wrong. This week I needed o-rings for a vacuum leak on my porsche 944. The mechanic was in-town for a short period of time so I needed them quickly. I spent more for next day air than the parts cost. But 3 days later I'm calling for status only to be told that they are still waiting for one part and it would not be in for another four days. When I ordered, the website said all parts were in stock. I'm very aggravated that there was no communications or emails about this. Had I known, I would have ordered the parts somewhere else. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again due to this poor customer service. For anyone needing emergency parts quickly, their shipping time does not start untill they actually ship it, so pay attention to your order if you are expecting next or 2 day shipping.
I ordered 4 TPMS sensors for my 2012…
I ordered 4 TPMS sensors for my 2012 Porsche 911 from their website their website confirmed it was a correct fit for my car. I received the sensors had them installed and they would not activate there were dual frequency and you need a special tool which nobody seems to have to activate on program the sensors. I called pelican back and their Porsche specialist told me those sentences will not work. I asked why do you have them listed on your website as a correct fit for my car long story short I had to order four more sensors to the tune of $436. I have to have the wheels removed again Sensors installed. I tried programming the sensors with a Foxwell toms programmer and they would not. they offered me in store credit, but only once the faulty sense were returned so presently I’m out about $800 for the sensors which includes the cost of programmer which I will return and no working TPS in my car until the new sensors arrive. Point being they were advertised as a correct fit on their website which they are not by their own admission and this is piss poor business practice.

1st time 12pm to 8 pm dealing with…
1st time 12pm to 8 pm dealing with getting wrong parts. Need to return to company. Poor quality miss representing. When they got to me the vbelt kit had the outer box say germany on one side the other side of box says china. In side the box 3 diff brands different the invoice brand the box brand had a different name brand Looks like they steal from customers. For the rest of my day trying to return parts to pelican part company southern californina warehouse in harbor city los angeles ca. Is a nighmare. With all the crime there is in los angeles that was a red flag I should have reminded myself how the stealing, no jobs ect. Here now dealing with crime in this company. The customer service girls all 7 of them answer phone put me on hold for 15 min I hang up I call back infinity pattern I did it again just for a prepaid return fedex label. Well each girl did something wrong. All ended up being invalid for fedex to ever come to get my return part for my refund. The tension pully ive seen at autozone retail for much cheaper. Like i mentioned in kit. Different brands all from china. Or romania. I wanted quality. Everything I can get down the street no stress. Im going to file complaints. Starting with paypal. There stealing my money. Forcing me to keep parts I cant use.

Let me start off with what was positive: the shipment of food the kit was blistering fast, just a couple of days from west coast of US to Europe. Once the time came to install the Oil Sump Baffle for my Porsche 997, M96 engine the issues were several: the build quality of the baffle was terrible, leading to several modification to get it the fit and serve the purpose as intended. It is difficult to understand how this baffle could be sold as a kit for this car - when it obviously doesn’t fit. Has nobody test-fitted the his baffle on an actual car prior to putting it out for sale? When re-installing the bottom oil pan it turned out that the Loctite sealant provided in the kit was hardened and was impossible to squeeze out of the tube.
Great Customer Service, Pricing and Parts Availability
I have no idea why anyone would write a negative review! I have rebuilt 18 vehicles in the past 7 years (BMWs and Porsches). I obviously buy parts from some of the other main suppliers, including Pelican Parts and my interaction with Pelican parts has been 100% positive! great customer service, great pricing on most parts, great communication from the team! I am a loyal customer for sure and will be buying parts from them for as long as I can and need them!
Cheap and okay prices, but worst relationship
They ship fast, prices okay, but god forbid you need to intercept the order and cancel, change address or reorder with missing parts. Their representatives must be receiving incredibly poor wages for the level of effort put into responding emails and assisting customers. They’ll cost you double, beware. Also their website is very badly crafted and you can’t even change the cart item quantities, quite trivial. We might find more empathetic AI agents in this day and age.

They will contradict you...Argue & treat you like your a Crook, even though the wrong parts were sent...they then keep your original & return shipping costs and refund you only for the wrong parts returned...there so called Expert say's they should fit... but they do not... the parts are wrong and will Not fit the car...easily proved in a side by side comparison... but they will not listen, I will sell my car before ever doing business again with this co. Please be Aware.
