There is always a good selection of merchandise in the shop which helps if you want to check the colour of an item you have only seen online. Service is always prompt and professional.

I’m done with fat face. I’ve purchased several of their stone washed straight jeans and all formed holes at the crotch and elsewhere. The “leather” labels on the rear disintegrated. They age rapidly, look papery and are generally awful. I’ve had similarly priced Levi’s that last so much longer. Their polo shirts are the same, with holes forming around their excessively large labels. They seem to change the materials they use each year, no doubt to save money. This year the pique polos seem to be thin and stretchy. Their boxers seems to have now gone the same way, with the cut changing this year.

I love Fatface Clothes. I have been buying their clothes, from when they first started. Nothing has changed. Quality. Fit and style. They have a special style. For me? Their style is my style.
Customer Service is amazing. On the phones they are polite, friendly and down to earth. Always willing to help. Visiting their store? Every customer is treated in a way that is rare today, with help and politeness. Only problem? Every New Season? The new styles are so irresistible!...

Prompt, efficient delivery within the three days of a sale garment ordered. Helpful assistant at Cheltenham branch suggested I go online as top no longer on sale in store. She even checked availability for me!

First time shopping in your Cheltenham store, Greeted and served by a Gentleman called Nathan who identified himself as the new store manager. Have to say such amazing service, such a nice guy, clearly enjoys what he does and nothing was too much hassle. 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you.

Absolutely horrendous service all round. I ordered my parcel back on the 26th of April, I waited nearly a week in the first instance to be told the parcel had been attempted to be delivered which it hadn't as I was in the afternoon. It then said it was out for delivery again and this was only updated after the attempt had apparently been made, I had no text or any kind of notification this was happening and this was also now the 6th of May. I spoke to Fatface customer services who asked me to wait another 2 days for a response as I should still receive the parcel. I waited in all day those days and I was so angry to find it still wasn't out for delivery. I spoke to Fatface Customer Services again and they then said the parcel was lost. I asked the Gentleman if there was anything that could be done as now the coat was out of stock online and I was so angry as the time this took was the reason it was now out of stock. He offered to speak to some stores and look into sending the coat from a store. Not long after getting off the phone I had an email to say the coat had been refunded, which was not what we had discussed at all and we both agreed we would wait to see if it could be sent from a store first. I have called again today to find out no one had even bothered to try and get a replacement Jacket to me. They then offered to send me a token voucher for the inconvenience and said they could do nothing more, I am yet to receive the email with the voucher... Just to top it of I called the Cheltenham store myself as this is the closest to me and still very out of my way to visit. The Gentleman answered with no greeting nor told me who I was speaking with in the beginning of the call he just mumbled down the phone. I asked for his name and I was then told by Nathan that he couldn't go upstairs to check for the coat as he was on his own and sale was 'obviously' off the shop floor now and he could t go. No offer of help at all, he huffed when I asked him if he could call me back or if I could call back later when he was not on his own. I don't hold out any hope at all I will get the coat and this whole experience has made me think I will certainly not order from the website nor buy from the Cheltenham store ever again. Absolutely shocking Service, Appalled by how much this company has gone downhill.

Hi fat face I’ve been looking at two items online for quite a while, both items are the jumpers I ordered I was trying to purchase at local fat face at Cheltenham but they were not available, then I saw them online and both were reduced so I bought them and they are very nice items I’m well please 👍🏻

Order arrived super fast. However, items seemed over large for size. Tried to return to store following returns instructions but was turned away as I had paid on paypal and did not have the attached card on me. Had to return by post instead - can manage to refund then without card! Also the items were not available in store so was unable to try the smaller sizes unless I re-ordered. Too much hassle.

The family loves FatFace especially the sales. The clothes are always good quality and fit just right. Have visited many FatFace stores in the S. West, but our local one in Cheltenham is as good if not better than most. It looks small from outside, but goes back some way and on two floors. The staff are great, is as much not pushy, but helpful when asked a question.

I shop at Fat Face because I love their clothes, however I do find them a bit expensive and can only usually buy things in the sale or when I have been given vouchers. The staff are always very good and helpful, they are chatty and interested. The shop has a lovely atmosphere and that is down to the staff.

Went into the shop today. Lovely selection of new styles, plus some very good bargins in the Sale. Nice feel to the shop and the sales assistant was very smiley and friendly. I bought 4 tops ready for Spring plus a pair of leggings in the sale for £6. I do shop on-line as well. There is always something there that I like.
