I foolishly put alloy dust caps on my tyres a few months back and they completely seized,I went to my local Fast Fit in Gorleston on Sea but they already had a busy Saturday schedule but was advised to go to their Great Yarmouth branch in the hope they could help me out.I already knew from a service that it could turn into a costly operation.The Garage manager also pre warned me that it could be expensive with possibly brake sensor replacement but thanks to their superb knowledge and expertise they managed to solve the problem without replacement with the minimum of fuss.I was lucky in respect that I got advised to go to Great Yarmouth Branch,but what a sound bunch of fellas.Thanks

Spot on!!!!
So today I had a suspension issue with my car, rang around everywhere "sorry mate earliest we can do is Friday"
Rang Fast-fit in Kings Lynn "yeah no problem mate, drop it off and we will fit it in tomorrow or Wednesday"
This is the third time the wife and I have used them and they have always been spot on!!!

Fast Fit, St Neots Cambs. Excellent
Great service for wheel balancing and alignment. Reasonable cost, took 30 ish minutes. Used them because they answered my call within 6 rings. (had tried elsewhere but some never answered)
They did a free check approx 500 miles after, all good. Hassle free with everything explained. Even checked underneath on my 20 year old Volvo V40.
Well done Guys.

Went to Riverside Norwich yesterday morning expecting to need a new exhaust or part of one.
Honest Chaps only needed sealer done.
Very friendly staff they go out of their way to help.

Wilco salhouse road
Wilco salhouse road. Whet in to get a rear window wiper. They offered to fit it for me ended up being more complicated than first thought. When they got it off it didn’t fit they didn’t give up ended up making a new wiper from my old one with a new blade on it. This all took some time so didn’t charge me for anything all free. Think this is above and beyond and great service.

Visited the Dereham Road Fast-Fit Tyres and Exhaust, Norwich UK
Visited the Dereham Road, Norwich branch today, the young chap agreed to fit an exhaust i would supply, once up on the ramp wasn't interested, more interested in finding work they could charge more for. Refused to even try to fit my exhaust silencer and really just wanted me to leave, rubbish customer service, i would not recommend this company at all, there are far more professional Tyre and Exhaust centres, they may be cheap, but they are cheap for a reason and it was strange all the bays were empty. Pay more and get a quality service. I felt like a hinderance and not a customer. Unprofessional, flippant and unwelcoming, I would avoid and go elswhere.

Very unprofessional, rude, miserable. Told me to go somewhere else, in which I did.
Was on a video call wile talking to me. Definitely couldn’t be asked to serve me.
Shouting at his staff whilst talking me.
Will never go back again.
Spoke to tall man dark hair think he’s the manager.
Also was rude to one of my colleges also, a few months ago when I told him what happened.
Will never go back again.
I recommend you do not go here.
