Ordered two bras from this company. Wish I had read reviews. Nothing but a scam company trading under several different names ie Loovely Bras UK, Loovely Bras Paris, Fashion Safe. and I gather several other names. I received the two bras from this company which I thought were an Australian Company as they promised a delivery of between two and five days. Took 25 days to reach me. I ordered my size from their sizing chart. These bras would be lucky to fit a size 12B never mind my size of 16E. They said the bras were Australian made but they are made in China. I asked them for a return address so I could get a refund as these bras offer no support for a larger breast. Was told they do not do refund but will exchange for a different size. When I said I was only interested in a refund they told be to keep the bras and providing I send them a payment of $10 per bra through PayPal they would send me two bras in a bigger size. When I said no, they have asked me to send the bras back to an address in Paris. When I Googled the address it comes up with Stéphane Pressing, Dry Cleaners. and the company they said to send back to HDL Injections make Turbochargers and Diesel Injection Systems. So obviously I will not be returning my goods to them. Has anyone been able to get a refund from this company.

One star only because I actually received the bras. Their website is a scam. The advertised sizes were completely wrong and they do not cater to anything above maybe a 12B. They are tiny sizes. They are refusing to respond to requests for a refund and block you from their Facebook if you request a response on there. The materials are not organic as advertised, and are made in China. They advertise with the breast cancer awareness logo but do not have permission to use it (as stated on the breast cancer site). The bras don't come nicely packaged in a box as advertised, but in a ziploc bag. They advertise PayPal but you can't use it at checkout. I know why now- so you can't lodge a dispute. I'm embarassed I was sucked in. Buyer beware!
