Horrible customer service

I ordered pants, and when I finally received them, they were poor quality and not the size I ordered. Had several steps to return them, including emailing pictures. Literally, hundreds of emails, and arguing about a restocking fee, and excuses on why they can't refund me. After 5 months, I finally got 99% of my purchase refunded. A HORRIBLE "customer service" ordeal. Buyer beware, and proceed with caution.

They don't answer expect you to take…

They don't answer expect you to take pictures and a video of the return hide the address and expect you to pay for the return and they charge a 20% restocking fee. I bought pants 36/34 inseam the waist was correct the length was at best a 32"inseam. Measured at 28" and noticed they do not address my concerns. Also, they didn't solve the problem they charged me for shipping then again to return them and 20% restocking, run ...

Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE! Scam Company... Ordered two items, and waited for over two weeks, while they were shipped from China...they were garbage, pants 8"too short, even though they were listed as a large 34"length. Quality is trash..and there is no response from them AT ALL for returns. Website shows BS photos of people in customer service, but that is non-existent. NYC address is also false... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I filed a dispute through PayPal and hope to get my money back...but not holding my breath.
UPDATE. I Received a reply from Falour acting as though they were willing and ready to accept my return and refund my money. Not the case. I again tried to contact them by email on their website, And try to go through the refund procedure on their website… Both of which dead ended in being kicked out of the system
Attempts to contact them on their Customer service phone Line listed on their website, always ring forever and then disconnect.
My dispute continues through PayPal

Never use this company

Never use this company! The shoes took about a month to come and now they are wrong they won’t respond to my email to give me a shipping address to send them back. Scammers!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company, posing as a UK company but clearly aren't. Trousers shipped from China to my surprise, sizings are random and trousers didn't fit. Asked to return for refund to China giving excuses about their 'UK warehouse as issues'. Used PayPal for their 'buyer protection which after many weeks of waiting they have reused my dispute. Really not happy, and lost a lot of money....!

AVOID THIS "COMPANY"

This is not a legitimate company. The quality of their clothing is terrible and nothing like what you see in the advertisements. They also will blantenly lie to you regarding refunds and returns. I ordered something it was not as advertised and the return process went on for over 3 months. In the end they never refunded anything although they sent multiple emails saying they would and I had to launch a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. On a positive note if you do launch a dispute you will most likely receive your money back, via credit from your credit card company, due to the fact that this company won't respond when questioned by the outside entity conducting the dispute. I highly suggest you NEVER purchase anything from this company.

The reply that they place at the bottom of this review ironically looks similar to the multitude of replies they have made to all the other one star reviews. Based on the experience I have had with this company and the amount that they lie I would say that any 5 star reviews for this company are fake and self generated by the company itself. Also, they did not refund my money. They have been saying for a month that they have and just to wait for the bank. After I launched a dispute with my credit card company the credit card company settled in my favor due to the fact that SP Falour will not respond to them. They are illegitimate and a scam.

Do not buy from the Website

Return policy is not worth the paper it is written on. Being informed they no longer have a uk warehouse and all returns are now sent back to China.

Communication is very difficult to resolve the matter. They like to apologise without resolving the issue.

Ordered Trousers by size availabilty on…

Ordered Trousers by size availability on the website 36W 36L trousers arrived labeled XL I measured the leg at 31" and the waist at 38" I tried on too large in the waist and 5" short in the leg.
Requested a return label and refund advised by Falour XL was the correct size clearly not.
Still awaiting by reading all the other reviews its seems the only way of getting my money back is a bank charge bach

Scammers and chancers

Shoe ordered were massively oversized. Asked for an exchange to which the offered a 30% compensation as they couldn't accept returns. After lengthy email chain they told me the UK warehouse had shut down and I would have to return item to China and take a 20% hit as a restock fee. I agreed they came back with there is also a customs fee. and so on. As of 01/05/24 nothing has been resolved have asked my bank to do a charge back.

Great customer service.

It's a pleasant shopping experience! I was not sure about the size of pants, so I contacted the staff before placing the order, and their Falour team provided me with sizing recommendations. I received the pants about a week after ordering! Awesome, the pants fit me perfectly and the quality is great. Highly recommend ordering from here.

stay well away undersized Chinese sizes.
And won't except return's till I made up that my daughter had 60,000followers on Facebook and I would review them on there.
And then they wanted me to send the trousers back to China. Stick with Next u can't go wrong.

Trousers arrived but are oversized to what they state, Ordered 36" waist & was sent 2 pairs of XL & 2x pairs 2XL (on tags) but the bags all have little 36 stickers on them, problem is the company customer service is absolutely shocking, will not deal with an exchange, had several emails part replied to several times until they stop replying without a solution, will not answer the phone & no longer reply to emails, Going to speak to bank regarding a chargeback as goods not as described,

Refunds are not a thing

Wouldn’t even give them one star they told me I couldn’t get a full refund because they couldn’t find my order so we’re only going to give me 30% but then without me giving any details somehow found my order to process the refund… absolute scam

Customer service unresponsive

I purchased some pants from this site and they were too small. I’ve tried numerous times to call and when I do it rings multiple times and then hangs up. I’ve tried email, chat and still can’t get problem resolved. Not sure what to do next.
