Pretend to be a uk company but actually just a front for a Chinese warehouse. Stuff didn’t arrived as described and they try to scam you into not taking a refund. Don’t fall for it - charge back on your card. Fraudsters.

Refund Policy is non existent! Bought trousers that were too small yet refusing to allow me to return and instead offering me a £15 refund on something that I paid £44 for! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered some trousers which took a while to arrive but that was expected so it was fine. The trousers are good quality and will be good for what I need but unfortunately there had been a picking error and I git the wrong size and I'm waiting for the replacement. Responded well to my emails.

Ordered a pair of trousers 36xl, far too small, wouldnt even fit my wife, hes ignoring my emails and wont let me return, turns the mobile on the website off
I will be reporting this con artist to consumer rights and as many others as i can!!! £50 down the drain, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I could give this company a Zero I would, size ordered came and don’t fit sizes are like 2 sizes smaller then UK waist then was told would get an exchange sent back was ignored then asked for refund was told £25 carriage charge and I can keep the item which don’t fit? The contact number on the website is a mobile which is switched off non legit company avoid at all costs currently going through my credit card company and taking the matter further don’t buy!

They took forever to send my order then left it to get stolen instead of placing it being a gate. Then didn't respond when I didn't get my order. Better off ordering the same gear from tactical world or Amazon.

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers, charged for both only one arrived. Trousers don’t fit but no info on how to return. No reply to emails or chat and phone goes straight to voicemail.

Company based in Canada, took 3 weeks for trousers to arrive. Tried to return as too big but they don't switch their contact phone on or answer your emails. They say they have a returns policy but don't provide any details so you simply can't return items. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Took a week to start processing my order, I asked for a refund they said it was dispatched and gave me a tracking code for a parcel delivered elsewhere in June. Trousers finally arrived and are too short, ordered an 30w/32l they sent an medium, asked for a refund and no response to 2 separate emails.
2 weeks later still no refund - absolute fraud!

I ordered a pair of pants almost a month ago and still havent received them. The tracking number shows they have been in the same spot, Woodridge IL since middle to end of August for whatever reasoning. The Notifications reads they are departing and arriving in the same place so I'm not sure I'll ever receive my pants but in case I do they get 2 stars... it'll go down if I have to challenge the purchase to my Bank.

Scammers beware of this company. I purchase a pair of walking shoes. They come but are the wrong size. I received no confirmation email or invoice in with the shoes. I had to search for a contact and tried calling several times the number is always off. So I text twice and was ignored. I contacted PayPal and they sent my email to them they replied immediately. Offering me £20 for compensation on £46 shows that fine fit. I refused then they offered £35 again I refused asking why they would think I’d pay a company £11 for a pair of shoes that don’t fit. Send me a full refund or the shoes in the right size. Today the offer is now £30 as their policy makes charges for returns it doesn’t state that on the website. If I could have given no stars I would have. Dodgiest company I’ve dealt with in a long time.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their apparel is three sizes smaller than they indicate. No returns are taken. All they want to do is exchange for another size or charge you exorbitant handling fees and make you send the item back to China (my package was shipped from NJ, and their company address is in NY). I have been fighting for a refund for 16 days now and am still getting a runaround for a partial refund, and I have no US address to send the item back.

Scam company based in China. The products are Chinese rip offs. Try and return any item ..... impossible. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else.

Bought some trousers from Falour that didn’t fit. Asked for a refund and they only offered a partial refund which is against my consumer rights.
Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants. Reported to Trading Standards

I received the product I ordered but it was the wrong size. I found Falour very easy to contact and found the customer service very helpful. They are now sending me a replacement in a smaller size.

Do not purchase anything from this organisation!! Their products are of a very very poor standard. Their returns policy is meaningless! They told me that they reduced any returns by 20% to cover shipping, restocking then they told me that they didn’t want the product back, (this also speaks volumes as to the standard of the product) so why the deduction? I was then told that they would return a portion of my money but only after I left a positive review on here! I gave one star only because zero stars wasn’t an option!

I bought some trousers for work and they are comfortable and strong. Extremely good value at today's prices. I had many belts in the past but the quick release version is strong and convenient. Glad to have found this work clothing supplier
