A Very Fairy Wedding
I originally saw the Bindweed Flower Fairy dress on Pinterest and immediately I knew it was going to be the dress I get married in.
I'm in Canada and found the shipping process very speedy, and when I exchanged for a different size it was also a very easy process.
The quality of the dress is amazing, you can tell how much care is put into these designs. The flower fairy print in the fabric is stunning and such a nice hidden touch to have the little fairies blend in so effortlessly. Also pockets!!
I have received so many compliments and inquiries on where I found such a unique and sophisticated yet playful dress.
I truly felt like a fairy princess and I am SO glad I went with Fairy Tong. Thank you for playing a huge role in my wedding day!

Stunning fairy inspired dresses
As always, the dresses and gowns from Fairytong are absolutely 100% gorgeous. They are beautifully made with gorgeous prints and fabrics. I had a wonderful fitting with Tong and Riah. My Fairy Tong dress
I’ve followed Fairy Tong for over two years and have always appreciated their authentic content and now I’m the proud owner of three of their dresses (and counting)! I’ve adored their dreamy designs, but what truly sets them apart is the fit. It’s on another level. Each dress hugs and flatters in all the right places, and wearing them makes me feel more confident in my body than I ever expected from clothing.
Their customer service is also outstanding. Once, one of my packages was delayed at customs, and I wasn’t sure what to do. I reached out to the team, and they responded so quickly with clear, helpful guidance. They explained exactly what steps I needed to take and reassured me throughout the process. Ordered my dream dress from here
I rarely leave reviews, but Fairy Tong truly deserves all the praise. I ordered my first dress this year, and the moment I opened the package, I was absolutely blown away, it’s even more beautiful in real life! The packaging is wonderful too.
The soft fabric feels luxurious and comfortable, and you can instantly tell it was made with genuine care.I was worried about sizing as I did not ask them before ordering, I ordered a size XL and the fit was great.
I feel that it’s absolutely worth the price because similar designs would easily cost me thousands elsewhere, and I love that my dress feels truly unique! Knowing it was handmade ethically by a named seamster makes it feel even more special and personal. I wore it to an event and got compliments the entire night. One guest even asked if it was couture!
I will definately be back for more and I'm already obsessed with the Butterfly Paradise Gown in their new collection!

Beautiful and comfortable dresses
I've purchased two dresses from here, both are beautiful and very comfortable. The last dress I ordered from them was bought between Christmas and New Years and it still arrived in under a week. Both orders also came with handwritten notes which was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Extremely expensive for poor quality dress
Extremely expensive for poor quality fabric dress. Can't fault the construction, its beautifully made. It's just that it's made of a horrible polyester that makes the dress uncomfortable to wear.
I got the dress on sale too, for around half of its original price. A hoodie on this website is extortionate.
Again, I can't fault the actual garment makers, but this is a very overpriced site.

We also want to gently share a little more about the heart behind our pricing. Every Fairy Tong piece is handmade in small batches by experienced seamstresses who are paid fair, competitive wages. We are committed to ethical production, fair labour, and limited-run manufacturing—values that are important to us and reflected in the cost. We never aim to be overpriced; rather, we price thoughtfully and transparently to honour both the craftsmanship and the people behind each garment.

Poor quality
Not a trustworthy company. I purchased a dress that was extremely expensive, and it ended up being poor quality with a zipper that does not work correctly. The company refused to allow a return even though they gave me a defective product.
EDIT: They’re still gaslighting in the comments by claiming they “found the zipper to be fully functional.” I literally sent them a video as proof prior to sending the dress back for repairs showing that it did not work and became jammed every time I tried to zip it. Why would I ship it back to you for repair if there was nothing wrong with it? The zipper ended up getting fixed but this was a huge headache and I couldn’t wear the dress for my planned event because of the time spent shipping it back and forth. Again, I’m disappointed that an item this expensive didn’t even have quality checking.

Your order was placed as a pre-order, which means the item was made especially for you—from sourcing the fabric to crafting the piece from scratch. Because of the time, care, and cost involved in producing these garments, our store credit or exchange-only policy applies to all pre-orders, as clearly outlined on our website.
When you reached out regarding a potential zipper issue, we immediately offered two options:
1. A full exchange, with all return shipping costs covered by us.
2. A partial refund to assist with local tailoring.
You chose the exchange, and we promptly sent a replacement dress. Upon receiving your returned item, we found the zipper to be fully functional. Nonetheless, we acted in good faith to ensure you had a dress you were happy with.
After the replacement was sent, we also reached out to follow up and check that everything was resolved—but unfortunately, we did not hear back.
