I made my order on the 9th of December it’s now 23rd I still haven’t got it…I’ve been in touch barley as there is 0 communication between the seller/customer service they are useless and have not been giving me valid reasons for why I still haven’t got my order. I’m still waiting and I want it but I haven’t got it and tbh I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. They either lost my order and put an item up they don’t have in stock and decided to do a massive sell out but the item is not even in stock I’m dissatisfied and disappointed

The PJs were a birthday present for my daughter and she was delighted. It's her second pair. She loves the quality and she just finds them so luxurious! The ordering process and the delivery service were both excellent. Thank you.

I phoned to cancel one order because I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size and the person who answered the phone ( in the evening of 28/1/24) could not have been more helpful.

This brand is so beautiful 🥺 the quality of the pyjamas are the best I have ever felt. I get a bit sceptical buying from small businesses but the whole process was seamless and warming. I’ll never buy from another pyjama brand again!!! 10/10 recommend!
