From the first contact this business performed as they promised with well skilled and effective people. Very personable and no effort was spared to satisfy our questions. The installation leaders was extremely competent and lead his people to install a system in a day and left as they had never been there - amazing !

From my first phone call. The rep arrived, I had the quotation within 2 hours, installers completed within days, the electrician 2 hours following the installers.
Complete professionalism, clean job, clean and friendly tradesmen.

Faircloth and Reynolds - pure excellence in installing air conditioning
Engaging Faircloth and Reynolds was extremely professional from start to finish. I really appreciated the levels of expertise and knowledge of the team from admin staff, the install manager who provided us with a number of alternative options for installation into our mid-century home, including a range of art deco grills for the floors! And of course, the very experienced and respectful installers who left the house and outside areas very clean and tidy. The level of communication and service was excellent, they were always on time, and I have since highly recommended to others. Thank you to Rachel, David, Cam and the whole team.
