I bought an ebike from a dealer in Southport.
7 months ago, brand new!!!

I am working as a delivery driver.

I have bought an extra battery as well.

All batteries failed to pass the 20 miles ! fully charged!!!

Yes, I am using the full speed as I have to deliver food.

The rack broke yesterday where the battery is located!!

I don't use it more than 5 hours per day, and not for heavy lifting, just food deliveries.

I have asked for a full refund months ago for the new battery, I had been sent a replacement with even less than 20 miles per charge !!!

I have spent £900 for a new bike which actually is not usable for my work.

And I can't find any page to add my review to the services I have been provided.

Totally disappointed.

ps the bike is an NX 26.

I bought my Int Commute second hand in July 2023. It had only done 150 miles do was in as new condition. Summer riding was great. I used it over winter and by February the electrucs kept cutting out. Tried taking it to a number of bike repair shops and either they couldn't repair or wouldn't touch it unless I'd bought it from them. I now have a bike that's temperamental and unreliable even after keeping it clean and dry. I dare not go more than 3 miles as it's awful to ride without the power. It's OK selling these products but finding shops fir aftersales repairs and maintenance is like rocking horse poop. I wouldn't buy another and will ge getting a scooter instead

this is my 2nd ezego bike this latest one i have done 3500 miles great bike

The bike was great when was working but after two weeks the electrical system completely broke. The electrical system is quite fragile.
I am trying to sort this out under warranty, but the company does not reply fast enough to emails.
Now I have a £1200 bike that it's harder to use than my old £200 due to being much heavier.

Bought the trail destroyer e bike for £1400 via winstanleys bikes. After 8 months started to get faults with the electric and bike losing power all together. Contacted winstanleys and was then involved in email tennis for about 4 months. Was asked to take the wires off the bike and send them to ezego which is ridiculous. Surely the bike should have been collected to be fixed. I'm so disappointed with both company's. I now have a £1400 electric bike without electric. Considering bike was less than 1 year old. It's a shame really as when it was working the bike was really good and i recieved a lot of comments off people about how nice it was.
