Charge £65 for a 'premium next day service'. Paid the money, waited 2 weeks to be told they couldn't find the record and would be refunding me £41 as £25 service fee. They also warn not to attempt chargeback via credit card or you will be liable for the costs. This is actually unlawful and incorrect. I went to my bank and was refunded in full, they will get the money back from the company.
Avoid at all costs.

This company may or may not technically be called scammers but they sure are close to the line if not. The main message on a google panel says 'Express 24 hours'. First page then states "the quickest way to obtain....straight form Register Office". Once I had paid this company I received an e mail saying it would take 20 days then the express delivery would happen on top. I asked for money back they refused saying my request was in motion and the terms and conditions say "no refunds". Covid could have been used to increase the official Gov Dept times even so 20 days!...and in anycase no mention of any delays..just 24 hour delivery
Please go to the GOV DEPT it takes 4 days and 1/4 the price.

Refusing a refund, avoid at all cost!!!

A complete nightmare and complete scam. I am still waiting for my birth certificate. Ordered it 22nd April and was told Covid was the reason for the delay. I had to order it again on the 10th June directly from the GRO and received it on the 15th.
I have asked for a refund and surprise surprise.... no response.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Go directly to the GRO and save your money.

Steer clear of this crowd. It's an online business so there's no excuse for not answering emails in a timely manner. I purchased a replacement birth certificate for my grandson, paid almost £110 for express service. Received what appears to be an incomplete certificate and I have emailed them 3 times without response. I also went onto their so-called chat service but no one to chat to and sent a fourth email. I received a response saying a ticket has been created but no commitment to respond let alone respond within a reasonable time frame. This is service at it's worst and once again I wish I had checked their reviews before buying.

Charged me £109 for fast track marriage certificate. Waited a week and had an email telling me they couldn’t find it and would only refund me £54. I have paid £55 for nothing. Scam.
