The company if they exist are a bunch of con men sent for a replacement marriage certificate so I could get a letter from the King on our 60th wedding anniversary which is today took my money at 80 yoa no certificate e mailed twice no response BEWARE DO NOT USE BUNCH OF CONMEN NOW SENT TO WATCHDOG

I ordered a Birth Certificate before 3pm on Friday the 23rd September for guaranteed 24 hour delivery and paid £110. After the order is placed they advise next business day. Saturday is a working day for the Post Office and many other businesses.
The certificate turned up 96 hours later (27/09/22) and by that time it was totally useless to me.
I have written to the company demanding a refund but no reply. DO NOT USE THEM

I paid for my birth certificate on June 03rd, confirmed by express vitals on that day. I am still waiting for it. I have emailed the firm on four subsequent occasions to which there has been no response. I have telephoned but they don't pick up. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Beware of this company charge £65 for obtaining £11 certificate

A scam company. Wish I had consulted here first.

A complete SCAM do not use. They charged me £109 for next day delivery, i did not hear a thing from them for a week so i contacted them. There response was to refund me £54 as they could not locate my file!!!!!!!! I asked why they could not refund me the full amount and they said they had incurred costs trying to locate my file. I therefore asked for proof of this and they provided me with a screenshot which showed they had been refunded all their costs from the GRO!!!!!!! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND JUST TAKE YOUR HARD ERNED MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT USE

I had to give this company one star before I could write a review, shame I couldn't add a minus to that score!
PLEASE do not use this company very high price and you probably won't get your certificate you have ordered. If you need new certificates ( birth, death, marriage)
go to gov.uk you still have to pay, but half the price of express vitals. If you have paid express vitals with a bank card and need to claim your money back, talk to your bank as you can claim this money back as it is fraud if you haven't received what you have ordered from this company.
