Im not very happy with the service to be honest and even moreso with the amount I've paid, yet I did most of the arranging and contact with the buyers even up until completion. Therefore this is something that I would like to discuss with someone . Im very very unhappy

Adam introduced himself as a "Sales Progressor" and said he would be, "looking after the property you are purchasing right up until exchange and completion, and I will be chasing up solicitors and other agents etc for updates to keep you informed of how the sale is progressing".
What buyers really need however is someone who has the ability to actually speed conveyancers up in the work they're doing. A lot of time was completely wasted in our purchase and we don't believe that Adam helped here.
I also found him quite difficult to understand on the telephone (my hearing is impaired) and on one occasion Adam actually asked my wife for the address of the property we were buying...

Express estate agency succeeded where others have failed. When I was being told to drop my house price by another agency I decided to use express estate agency and they got me the full asking price. They have been in contact throughout the process right to the end helping to chase solicitors when necessary.

James has been great at negotiating the sale and has been available for us whenever be needed to query anything or raise a concern.

James has - and continues to be - extremely helpful throughout the whole process. As first time buyers, things can be daunting at times, however James has provided much clarity and reassurance thanks to his insight, experience and friendly demeanor.

Everything was straight forward and no complications.

Very easy with all contact via phone or internet, bit hit and miss with updates but got an offer after being on the market with this agent for 3+ months and dropping 50k off initial marketing price. Having to do all the viewings myself was a bit of a chore as I do not live there, and very frustrating when viewings cancel at the last minute, turn up late or not at all (although not agent’s fault) as most of these are out of office hours, Veiwer’s have no way of letting the buyer know that they are running late/cancelling.

Unsolicited letter assuming my cherished home a mere commodity.
My home is on the market with a reputable local independent estate agent, at a fair price for the age and condition of the property and the restoration ,modernisation ,refurbishment and enhancement that I have undertaken in the years I have resided here ( as also similar price discussed with two other local agents prior to selection of this one).
I received a letter from this company today, offering to purchase similar to the advertised selling price and covering search and legal costs
This is unethical as a potential purchaser aught to contact the agent whom I have instructed to sell the property on my behalf and who has already spent time and effort appraising ,measuring, preparing details and plans and spent money placing the marketing on the websites.
A home is not a commodity and I take offense that this company assumes that I would wish my comfortable ,period ,well loved home to be converted to instant cash rather than be handed over to a new family to improve ,love and enjoy.
This is not the first company to send such a letter and I shall be returning their missive as "unsolicited " and a four letter word.

The online element of booking a viewing was really easy and the follow up to confirm was great.
