As first time buyers, my partner and I was quite nervous about the whole process. Natalie navigated the best and lowest rates and secured us the most suitable deal for us. Not only did she keep us informed and was clear through the process, she also secured our mortgage offer within just 1 week! We then got passed over to Georgia in Case Management to go through all the next steps which was so informative and friendly. She also helped support us with chasing our solicitors and gave us reassurance whenever we needed it. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend for any first time buyers too as it can be very overwhelming! Thank you girls ❤️

We wanted to purchase our first investment property for the company but hit a stumbling block as I made an amateur mistake last year which has resulted in a big black mark on my credit report. Our initial call was handled by Louise who quickly identified our wants / needs and the possible pitfalls to the purchase. In addition to my credit one of the company directors is on a foreign passport with a settlement visa and we’ve had lenders hesitate before. Louise then allocated the gorgeous Georgia to our case and away we went. It wasn’t easy but I can truthfully say they were with us every step of the way and always a step ahead of the lender requirements. The company now owns its first investment property and to complete the “deal” our PI / PL and property insurance was smoothly set up by Simon, who we’ve worked with regularly and always goes the extra mile for all his clients. At Express Mortgages you really do have all angles covered. We are already looking for our next one!

The experience of dealing with Express Mortgages, who I have used for over a decade, has been as professional as it has always been. In particular dealing with Cameron O’Berg and Georgia T-G, who are both very attentive to detail and prompt in dealing with queries. Cameron is very knowledgeable and will ensure that the best deal with regard to your circumstances is found. Georgia follows through with queries in a very timely fashion and pre-empts any possible questions from providers and ensures that she communicates those early on in the process. I couldn’t ask for more.

The staff were very helpful especially Georgia Tinsdale-Gallery and Jamie Round. I’m not very good with technology but they always helped when I needed to ring for help. The whole process was quick.
