We used Express mortgages to buy our new home and are really grateful to them for a great and positive outcome. The mortgage deal was sorted quickly and we even got a revised deal with lesser interest rate before completion date! Cameron is very approachable, helpful and explains everything in simple and non-judgmental way. We found the service professional and efficient and would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Service was fine some initial mistake were made and wrong information used and so incorrect quotes provided which was disappointing. I've used Express for many years.

Jamie and Georgia get another one over the line …
This was another great customer focused experience and an extremely streamlined and efficient with Express Mortgages, from start to finish.
Looking to build my small BTL portfolio, found a property that ticked the boxes on all fronts, so contacted Jamie for his input and help, decision in principle came in within 36 hours, case was passed to Georgia, who pulled together the documents required for the full application, these were submitted and full approval and Offer was made within 48 hours.
Having worked previously with Jamie and Georgia made this all seamless, they’re on it, as they say, and are an asset to have on your team, so here’s to next time and another addition to my now growing BTL portfolio.

As first time buyers the thought of the whole process of purchasing a house was daunting.

A very customer-focussed professional service

from start to finish very supportive, I required a remortgage on a joint property due to unforeseen circumstances and the team pulled through.

I have trusted Natalie and Vicky with…
I have trusted Natalie and Vicky with all my business mortgages so had no doubt they would sort me out personally too. Well I was not wrong. I presented them with a challenging purchase which may of needed specialist borrowing. However not to be put off by this the pair of them worked with my lender to get the deal over the line in lightning fast time. I couldn’t believe how fast the offer was out. This was only made possible with the relationships they have with the lenders to navigate tricky purchases.
For me and my wife we basically had to do nothing. I had felt with this lender in the past before directly and they were quite frankly a nightmare. For us to be totally hands off and to see the offer drop into my mailbox in a matter of days was impressive.
Ladies, thank you for all your efforts. A very happy customer and look forward to working with you on our next deal.
