Decent experience overall. The delivery was a bit delayed, and customer service took some time to respond. However, the package arrived in good condition, and the pricing was fair. Could be better, but not the worst.

We work with XFL on a weekly basis, they are always fantastic, they are easy to contact and very helpful. For anyone thinking about using them i would highly recommend them. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would.

We have just emptied a storage unit and the service was excellent. Very easy to book , good tracking service and friendly driver. They did exactly what they said they would do. Very good value and I would not hesitate to use them again and I can recommend them.

Excellent Courier service, the staff were incredibly helpful and the website was easy to use. I got regular updates on tracking which was great. Their insurance covered way more than other couriers which was a huge plus.

If you want a hassle free service then look no further, nothing was too much or to little, great turnaround time and good delivered perfectly. Such a good app, constantly informed of collection and timings. Cannot recommend enough.

This is the first time I have used same day courier service. It was a really straightforward process and everything went to plan. Once booked, Mario give me a timeframe for the collection and delivery and both were spot on. I even received a call from the courier to advise the package has been delivered and 1 min later received photos and proof of delivery. Great service - thank you. I found many “man in van” here in London, some slightly cheaper them XFL, but the attention and professional expertise over the phone convinced me to pay a little more for valuable, fragile goods that I needed to transport back to a showroom far away.
The driver arrived as planned at my house and was very polite and pro active too.
Everything arrived safely from London to the extreme North of the country in two days. I have been provided pictures and signed forms from the arrival. Peace of mind, worth the money spent.
