Multiple times this company has failed to deliver! Three times in three months never mind the previous times. Followed tracking on the map and they were less than 50 metres away. Unlocked the door in anticipation and no delivery, no notification of none delivery. Rang the depot, AGAIN, no he will not make today, it will be tomorrow. I do have a life. Well ring in the morning we will give you an eta. Oh like on the tracking today??? Yes well just ring in the morning.
I have regular deliveries from a company using this firm, however I think this consistent problem has cost my suppliers custom as I will seek an alternative who use an alternative company.

I ordered a large bed which came disassembled on a palate of wood. Luckily, the delivery man Wayne was so kind and helpful in helping me unpack it so that I could fit the bed into the garage. Wayne was very careful to make sure everything was unloaded and placed in the garage safely and securely and I don't know what I would of done without his help. Everything came on time and was well handled.

One of the worst companies to work for, worked at Bradford depot where RICHARD ELLWOOD is the manager one of the most racist people I have ever seen in my life treats people like slaves. Also him and his management team have a WhatsApp group where they text each other also making racist comments about the Asian employees. Do not use this company one of the worst in the UK he fines his drivers for no reason and pockets the money himself. They treat people's parcels like trash. Remember the name RICHARD ELLWOOD one of the most racist people in the whole of UK

Fantastic service all round. The booking system is very easy to use and when anything needs a extra detail Jana & Libby always come to the rescue!!

There's incredible customer service from Natasha & Kim even if I start most conversations with the dreaded words "can I ask a favour. Our regular drivers Ade, Brett & Jason are all sound guys that are very patient when we have to wrap something up last minute. The Sameday team headed by Tracey, Callum and Andrew ensure that we always a van collecting withing an hour. Finally, we have a dedicated sales representative in Lois who regularly checks in to see that everything is going smoothly.

I can't recomend them highly enough. Thanks for being a great partner.

Our collection driver, Alan, saw we was struggling, as our wrapping machine was broken, so he came into the warehouse to support the team so that all pallets were wrapped and loaded onto our stand trailer. Excellent service from the driver.
